Customer service excellent. Patient staff. Well made sandwiches. Delicious. Favorite turkey cheese lettuce mayo. Conveniently located as I have business nearby. Highly recommend
terrible customer service. They locked the doors well before closing time, and left the OPEN sign on. I knocked and waited. When the teenage boy cracked the door he said "what happened"!!!He hesitated but then made my sandwich, I advised him speaking to customers the way he did is not professional and if you have to close early, shut the open sign off and put a little note on the door

Absolutely ridiculous I don't know who's on the schedule today but they close at 9 and the store is closed before 8 o'clock this is absolutely ridiculous and their management should definitely check this out
Clean area, employees are efficient and nice. They speak english and spanish so thats a plus. Cookies looked delicious on display and the music is nice. Love to come here to sit and eat without feeling rushed! Highly recommend
I went to this location at 8:30 pm this evening — lights on and door open. When i went to order he said they were closed. I said the door is open and it says on the door 9pm. They said they decided to close early. There were two employees on staff. It is now 8:40 both employees are still in the store.
This is the slowest jimmy John’s ever. Literally no one has any snap. When you go to other ones people are hustling. Not really living up to the “subs so fast you’ll freak”

Ordered a turkey Italiano on artisan bread, did not receive pepperoni or salami on the sandwich and they added cucumbers and pickles when it was not requested. Ingredients look like it was thrown together.
