My review just disappeared so here it is again: I ordered a mocha macchiato with coconut milk but what I got was a half asssed caramel macchiato with whole milk of course an no drizzle what so ever. Please get out of the coffee business whoever made my drink especially the person who took my order.
Every time I order an Iced Shaken Espresso from this specific location it’s wrong. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. and they always argue with me about how it’s made. I’ve ordered this drink for over a year now from various locations and this is the only store that seems incapable of making it. And everytime they don’t listen, they just argue. I know how it’s supposed to be made. I’ve attached a picture of how it should be made and what I was given today. The only redeeming quality of this place and the only reason why this rating wasn’t a 1 is because of their manager, Christian. I talked to him about it and he immediately saw the problem, admitted it was wrong, listened to me explain my issue, and insured me that he would talk to the team and make sure the problem was fixed. He handled it so well and he remade my drink, AND it was made correctly!! Wow! It is possible! Now if the rest of the store could figure it out.
i only get pink drinks from starbucks, and this starbucks is the only one that without fail is the only one that cannot add the proper amount of coconut milk to strawberry açaí ratio, it always comes out unblended, with way too much strawberry acai. it basically comes back at a cup of strawberry acai and a very thin layer of coconut milk floating on top. the color is supposed to be light pink and it always comes out just looking like strawberry acai and tasting way too strong.
The workers are very friendly and always make my drink perfectly. I go in almost every day during my work shift and they always ask how I am. Always a super good cup of coffee too.
Poorly managed. Inefficient. Never once on-time (or even close) mobile order ready. Staff has never been rude, just inefficient.Yes, I know this is probably the busiest location in Kingwood, but in the grand scheme of Starbucks there are hundreds, if not thousands, of locations that are much busier. I've been to easily 20 that are busier and none have consistent issues like this one.AVOID this location if you ever have anything planned for the next 45 minutes. Whatever "innovative" process that this location is trying is a failure.I have ordered mobile at least 6 times (that I could find) and walked in to order at least 4 other times. Mobile order wait times are at least double whatever the app says. I've always had to wait at least 10 minutes MORE than the latest time originally promised. Walk in and drive through aren't much better and it's almost always going to be close to a 30 minute trip.For example, this morning I placed an order for an Americano and a Cinnamon Dolce--two very simple drinks. I walked in 4 minutes after the promised time and they hadn't even started my drink. It took another 20 minutes to receive them. Their mobile order ticket "system" stuck on their bean-grinder is nothing more than a roulette wheel with even worse odds. Your drink will NEVER be made in the order in which they're placed or even by promised-time. I did a quick straw poll of the others waiting for their drinks and all said roughly the same--waiting way longer than reasonably expected.A change in management is needed or management needs to actually follow Starbucks standard policies that are working fine at other locations. Until then, find another location!
I waited 30 minutes for one drink that took 5 seconds to make. Seriously the workers were acting like children. I seriously don’t recommend going to this one they just don’t care about the customer at all
I would like to say that my family has been going to the Starbucks in Kingwood, TX for over 15 years. I personally visit this Starbucks three times per week and my mom frequents the same location several times per week as well. I have never been so poorly attended and had such a poor experience as my visit today. The 1pm team at this location is completely incompetent and does not care about providing good service. I ordered two caramel macchiatos hot. One was hot; the other was like someone didn't pick it up, and they served it to us. Luke warm at best. I didn't have time to turn around, so I had to drink what I could stand and threw the rest out. Test what they serve you if it's a hot drink; if not well its on you, as they will slip you a mickey.
It’s seems every time I come here they are out of Spinach Wraps…The atmosphere for me was not friendly or welcoming... Kamille attitude was not friendly or customer wasn’t great until I asked for my receipt… the wait time is long here!!
Not a huge fan of Starbucks in general.. Always just entirely too overpriced for me. This location is very nice, roomy and well laid out. Very comfortable and was able to relax with the grandkids!
