Yesterday I bought a Hazelnut Latte from this location. Soon after consuming the beverage I became ill and started vomiting. I also had several quick trips to the bathroom. Please be carefull with the dairy products.
Ordered drinks for my whole family and they would not except my hundred dollar bill and all I had was $100 bills so. Told me it was too early it’s 8:20am already. Just saying white cashiers be racist against Hispanics in Kingwood and don’t except our cash money that’s crazy.
Wife and I stopped by to get a cold crafted coffee.
The entire place is dirty and the bathrooms are extremely dirty. For being in Kingwood and coming to this place for years, someone needs to step up. This does not belong in Kingwood Texas. Clean up your act
My wife and I walked there from home and bought two coffees and a slice of lemon cake to split. The staff was masked and very nice. It was clean and well kept looking. We will be coming back more often with the Covid 19 tapering off. Let's keep this shop open by stopping by and buying what you can.
I ordered through mobile app and I went in about 10 min later and saw my ticket was still on the coffee maker waiting to get made with other tickets. That wasn't the issue, the issue was when new orders came in and my order kept getting skipped over. The time passed for the order to be ready on the mobile app and I keep seeing my order getting skipped and new orders getting served. I waited 30 minutes. I ended up being the last order there before he started to make it. Do not go to this Starbucks. The one on Kingwood drive takes them in first come first serve how it should be.
Firstly the woman who served me at the counter seemed annoyed I was there. I asked her to load my card for $10 and handed her a $20. I mention the misunderstanding and she seemed evenFurther annoyed I said don’t worry I’ll use it eventually. Trying to make light of the situation and she didn’t respond.Secondly I asked for a quad and only received the 3 the usual venti white chocolate mocha has.. over all very unsatisfied which is sad to say as I go out of my way for this location just to be treated so rudely..
Good coffee (and tea). Friendly staff. Comfortable seating area.
Usually get coffee on the weekends. It's decent considering their popularity
