Fast response and fast delivery

This location has become increasingly busy & they appear to be VERY SHORT STAFFED. I’ve noticed almost anything after 3:30 and you’ll be waiting a good bit, had a very long wait experience from the time I pushed the RED BUTTON, room about 30-40 min just to respond . I decided to try and order on the app while I waited / downloaded the app signed up for a new account , added all my info , was placing my order about to pay when they responded to me , but prior to that. I had been already waiting 20 min .I’m know they are working the best they can with what agains to be shortage on staff . The management/owners need to step up during peak time if they can’t get workers

There has not been a single time I've gone to this restaurant and they've given me the correct order. I've never been to any fast food place that so consistently messes orders up. I only go here because it's near my house but I'll just drive farther and go to some place that MAY actually give me the food that I order.

Worst fkn location there is. I have now had a blast 3 times in a row where there was just a small amount of cookie dough sprinkled on top and absolutely none mixed into the soft serve. I mean is it that fkn hard to do a minimum wage job?

The food is greasy in a bad way. They often screw up the order or leave out condiments. It only gets three stars for the deserts and drink selection.

Chicken Sandwich was Great! Only wish they hadn't shorted me on the cheddar peppers I really was looking forward to snacking on them! Guess I need to check my order before driving all the way back home! Didn't feel like driving all the way back hopefully they take care of me next visit as I was told by the night manager... Just wonder how since they didn't get my name...

I totally understand being understaffed, but waiting 30 minutes for 2 kids meals and 1 regular meal is crazy. I even repushed the bottom to see if our order may have gotten lost, which happens and I would have accepted that. I was told that my carhop was coming with our order and about 4 other orders were sent out while i continued to wait. Thank goodness the card reader didn’t work bc I was able to just leave.

Just wow! I live in Kingwood, and come here often. I would say 50% of the time, that get my very basic order wrong. But im a very patient person and understand things happen. Well yesterday me and my son go order 2 meals, one of them normal the way it comes,(easy) another one with bacon and ketchup only, emphasis on NO CHEESE. (again, easy) After sending out the wrong burgers THREE separate times...even the normal one. (cheese and mayo only every time) i push the button and even apologized but let them know this one again has cheese and mayo.... the apparent manager gets on the intercom and tells me VERY RUDLY, and shouts "NO!!" She said she's not going to make me 3 burgers for the price of one, and said next time I come, to order correctly and know what I want when I order. I was truly shocked. I did order it correctly.... the same every time.... But I very politely told her what happened and just informed her that I keep getting cheese and Mayo, but it's supposed to be no cheese and ketchup. Well after she gets rude and hollars through the speaker, she said she would make it but if i come back, know what i want before I waste their time. It was tough, but I kept quiet and didnt say anything else. I wasnt trying to make the situation worse, I just want the food I paid for. She finally sent it out. and the girl that delivered it was very rude, and barely handed me the bag to where it almost dropped. So I kindly asked to speak to a manager. She said thats who i was talking to on the intercom, and asked if I wanted her. I told her it doesnt matter to me, just any manager would be fine. The girl went in, came back out and told me the manager will not come out and to leave the property or she would call the police on me. I was pretty shocked. I was super calm and nice the whole time. So... I just drove off. No use in causing a scene. And My son was watching it all unfold and asked why they did that. And I had to explain that some people are just unhappy with their life and they take it out on other people. But will never return to this location, or give them my business. The worst customer service you can get right here. Something is terribly wrong with this establishment.

Went for ice cream and slushies. Got exactly what we wanted. Sat at the picnic tables outside and had a good time just enjoying eating with family.

My orders have been delivered quickly and correctly. The staff have been nice as well.
