Struggling to find a decent Italian restaurant that served a good pizza. I ended up going to this place on a whim, I was greeted by a rather rotund gentleman, I believe going by the name of “Wyatt”. Needless to say the gentleman informed me of their “Mulberry” pizza, intrigued by the name, I just had to try it. Not having good meat since my divorce , I was desperate. And that’s when it hit me, the smell, the flavor, the atmosphere. All coalescing into what can only be described as the perfect pizza. My heart melted, there were tears. I saw glimpses of my father before he passed suddenly. I was home again. Wanting to thank the gentleman, I stood up at my table, looking everywhere for the man who let me say goodbye to my family one last time; But alas, it was not meant to be, instead I was informed by a small Caucasian man, maybe four feet tall, couldn’t have been any younger than 45; that the man I was searching for was on an “excursion”, a “Delivery” as some have been known to call it. I am searching for the man of my dreams, perhaps one day we will reunite, but until that day, I walk alone on this barren world. 4/5 pizza was pretty good

So, I love absolutely love pizza and I usually go to my usuals but tonight I wanted to try something different so I decided to go to here to try. The waiter that didn’t have a ID badge on was so rude. I explained to him that it was my first time there and I wanted to know the best menu for a single person eating and the best things to order and he absolutely didn’t have no information for me.I asked him how long was he employed there and he told me over a year. He shrugged his shoulders and didn’t have any answers or concerns for me. It was very heartbreaking. I am a black African American woman with dread locks. I asked him why was he being so distasteful and he turned me over to another associate. The associate wasn’t rude but she didn’t care if I ate there. I left. Never will I go back there. They were all so young with no customer experience. I am a employee at one of the biggest supply chain companies in the U.S and this has to stop or be fixed

This was my first time here and I came for the red velvet cake and it was okay, just okay you might be asking, yes. The individuals who read my posts knows that I either give a thumbs up if it's good or thumbs down if its bad but I decided to keep this one neutral, mainly because I love this red velvet cake spot in Harlem called ' Cakeman Raven ' (will be booking a flight soon now) and I guess I was hoping for it to taste similar if not better because Russo's from NY too but that was my fault. I did manage to snap pictures of their menu since the prices aren't online.

Wasn't expecting this place to be that good honestly! Looking at all the good an bad reviews wasn't too sure, but still wanted to try it. We ordered the large pepperoni pizza with a kids meal spaghetti an meatball, sn for dessert s red velvet cake slice. We had the food delivered. Everything was really good! Took a minute to arrive, but the wait was worth it. Now we're going to visit the place to check if customer service is as good as their food.

A very disappointing experience tonight. For the price of the food here I expect a lot more than we got. They offer no appetizers while you wait a very long time for your food. I thought my $18 chicken parm would come with a side salad, like it does on the lunch menu for half the price. It didn’t. And it was way overcooked and the sauce was very bland. My 2 young kids got a slice of cheese pizza, which they waited over 40 minutes for and they were the last ones served in our family. The other items were meh. We don’t go out to eat often because we have 6 in our family and it gets expensive fast. My son chose this restaurant for his birthday dinner. Sorry to say that the last time we are going here. I hate the feeling of overspending on bad food on one of the rare times we even go out.

The kingwood location service is poor. Employees staff could care less. For the price of food there you would expect some hospitality!! I havs been to spring location and was treated like they actually wanted my family there.

normally don't post just enjoy the fun posts.. but I'm so disappointed with Russos Pizzeria. I was looking forward to a night out with my kids. Was greeted by a very sweet young girl, Charnyce. Went to go order and noticed it was Wine Wednesday... half price bottles... (don't twist my arm.) When I asked why the wine wasn't half off the other girl informed me happy hour was over. That's not what your sign said but I didn't want to argue with her just wanted to order our food so we could enjoy it Said 2nd girl then delivered the wrong wine, then found a replacement Cabernet because they were out of what I ordered which was fine. Then they asked if I needed a glass? Umm did they expect me to drink from the bottle?!? Sorry to complain.. but highly disappointed. For more than $100 I expect more than mediocre service

This used to be a good place to get food. The past few times I've ordered the food has been sub par and delivery takes longer than 1 hour. Not sure what happened, but the food and service has gone downhill. The mozzarella sticks are always burnt. I tried 1 last time. Tonight they were burnt and cold. Our Baked Ziti was barely warm. We won't be doing this again.

I visited Russo's New York Pizzeria with family and friends. It was an annual stop for members of my family usually in conjunction with the tree lighting at Town Center Park. The environment is great and the staff was accommodating. We took over the establishment with a very large group of ten children and as many adults without reservations. The staff offered to rearrange tables to suit our needs which felt above and beyond. Russo's offered a military discount, but that was. Ot necessary as I was also gifted a 15% discount for checking in on the Yelp app. We ordered a large pepperoni with black olives well done. The crust was crisp (per our choice) and the top was cheesy and filling; very delicious. We also tried some buffalo chicken wings that were amazing; not terribly hot, but a lot of zip and flavor. The trip overall was very nice and I will certainly come back in the future for more wings and pizza.Russo's offered beer, wine, soft drinks.Indoor and outdoor seating was available. The bathrooms were very clean.Food was fast, hot, and delicious.

Didn't feel like cooking tonight so We ordered from uber eats hoping to find a new Italian place. On uber eats we chose half platter of spaghetti meatballs and it stated it came with house salad and garlic bread. We did receive the food pretty quickly but no salad or garlic bread. I called to tell them what uber eats said we ordered but they said it does not come with salad or garlic bread. Not only were they not helpful in fixing what we paid for...they acted like I put them out. On top of that the noodles were fine but the meatballs tasted very plain and off with no flavor. Spent 49.00 and only two of us tried to eat. The others said it tasted absolutely terrible. Needless to say we would not recommend if your looking for good Italian food.
