waited for pizza just over 45min and decided to call to find out about my delivery. only thing he said was it was on front door that bell was rang and no answer so left it on front. there was no ring and there was no pizza. they had delivered to wrong address and did not sound very apologetic other than i have to make it again. 1.15 minutes later get a pizza and of course i had to pay full price with a tip.
Absolutely terrible. Ordered online for pickup because I had to go to Fedex next door too. PJ's website said 35-45 minutes so went pickup ~35 minutes after ordering. Young lady behind the counter told me they were WAY behind and would be another 20-30 minutes. Sat in my truck in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting, went back in to check and she said "we are about to start on your pizza!" ... start!!! one hour after pizza was ordered online they were about to 'start' on our pizza! Could not believe it! Got my refund and left... never to return!!!
Second time having burned garlic knots. Pizza is amazing!
Called to order a pizza and woman couldn’t do anything I asked for. I wanted half meat lovers etc half cheese and twice couldn’t modify the order. Was on the phone for over 15 mins. Cancelled my order
If the delivery charge were eliminated the delivery driver would get a really nice tip.
Great service. Pizza is usually ready in about 15min, good flavor. We like the perfect thin crust veggie. Everyone is always polite.
Someone explain to them what NO CONTACT delivery means!! Also read the instructions from the customer about No knocking and No ringing the doorbell, I have dogs they will most definitely let me know you’re here!!First time ordering from this location and will be the last , Papa John’s you never fail to dissatisfy!!
