I love how is was vegetarian friendly ?
I loved the chipotle avocado chicken sandwich and the cheddar broccoli soup yum
This is the absolute worst location ever. I have been to the store two times to pick up a DoorDash and both times they have not started the order until 20 minutes after I have arrived. I’ve had customers cancel orders because of how long it has taken they really need to get it together because that’s absolutely ridiculous there is no reason anyone should be waiting over an hour to pick up a DoorDash.
I placed a mobile order a while back for two bowls of soup, two sandwich meals and a cookie. I payed extra to have bread bowls for the soup. When I got there employees handed me a bag telling me it was my order. The soup and sandwiches were in the bag, but the cookie, the two bread bowls and the baguette pieces were missing. These items cost nearly half of the order value. I used the contact feature on Panera's website several times asking for either a partial refund or something to make up for the missing items. I never got anything back from them, so it feels like they were happy to just steal my money and lose some customers. The soup and sandwiches we did get were fairly mediocre in quality so at least it doesn't seem like we're missing much by not returning to Panera. It's sad because back in Watertown, New York the local Panera was one of my favorite places to grab a light, quick lunch.
Ordered rapid pick up via app. App sent text my order was ready. Go in with a toddler in tow...order was NOT ready....staff at pick area was super rude...when order was finally ready, it didn't have the bakery items...I was told I had to go ask for it at the bakery area, which is not normal. All items should have been bagged together and ready if I'm getting texts saying it's ready!!!! Then I was still missing an item and when I kept trying to speak to the manager behind the Togo area she told me she was busy. I will go elsewhere from now on...
First the lady in the front was talking to much with her coworkers and not paying attention to my order. Next I sat outside and for some reason they didn’t look because I had to go inside and they tell me they were looking for me. They were about to bring out my food cold but luckily another young man said they were to recook our meal. Pizza was alright and the barbecue chicken was really good. Just bad experience.
I don't leave reviews but after the 5th time of being so disappointed....the wait is so long in the drive thru in the mornings and the last 5 times (not kidding) I've gotten something different in my order, a not heated or toasted order, my latte asked for iced 4 times made hot then dumped over iced to make it iced (does not taste the same, watered down and ice melted), and my card tossed at me through the window. I understand customer service jobs are difficult and I truly am as nice as I can be but panera in Kingwood is a huge disappointment for the cost.
If I could give them a negative 1 I would. The last couple times I got food there I was ill and wanted soup. Well it had been cooked for hours and was nothing but mush. I have had poor service and food quality every time I have been there lately. What happened? This used to be a good one.
Nice place nice area kinda always busy but not to bad most of the time. The food is good people are nice, there is a good group type of working women atmosphere that just makes it seem so comfortable. No cackling of hyenas or some wildebeest thinking that you were eyeballing her. Maybe it’s a personal opinion but there seems to be a strong woman presents in there. No judgement, love it!
Luckily, I got something I liked, but my order was still wrong, and missing the cookies. It was delivered to me so there was no way to have known the order was wrong. Please double check before serving customers.
