We absolutely love this location of Menchies.While the FroYo is good the staff and ownership is incredible.We always are welcomed with smiling faces, a clean facility and great flavor options.

My family an myself really enjoyed our visit! This first time I ever went to Menchies was in Michigan. So I absolutely had to take my daughter's an grandkids!
So on Sundays it closes at 9, which it says it closes at 930 and theres almost always someone still in there. The toppings have gone down hill, other than that everything else is pretty good.
The cashier was sooo polite! This is definitely the place I go when I come to Kingwood from out of town!
Kids wanted dessert after our meal. Decided to give Menchie's a try. Kids were super excited. They said it was good. Wish prices were a bit cheaper.
Horrible customer service. 2 young girls working were throwing their chapstick and almost hit us, no apologies. Then my son was tripped and accidentally dropped his ice cream so we made him a new one. They charged us all over again even though he hadn’t even had a bite out of it. When asked why they said “it just depends on if we want to charge”. When asked to explain they just said you can’t expect to get a free ice cream. Place was very messy and rest room was out of order. When my son had to go to the bathroom the girls said “there is a Starbucks next door”. Will not be returning even though my sons like it.
