Don’t know where to start. First of all I order door dash from this establishment 2-3 times a week. But tonight me and my wife happen to be out and decided to stop and order thru drive thru. When pulling up it was 1148. Lil Karen I’m assuming was upset that we came close to closing. So attitude is what we got. No welcome to McDonald’s can I take ur order, more like yes! So I said hello. Then lil Karen replies your order. My wife is telling me what she wants and lil Karen says well u have 5 min to order. In shock I stayed quiet and took off! What happen to customer service? I’ll be ordering from else where from now on. Sorry lil Karen we ruined your night
There is a lady that works the drive through and hands out the food she always say “ God bless you”, but ever time she hands me my food something is wrong. One time she handed me a medium drink, I ordered a large. She told me that McDonald’s changed the sizes, I knew she was lying but I didn’t want to argue. Today I thought I was on top of it when I saw her. Checked my order and drinks, she handed me a medium again, but I got my large, but she still got me. The only reason I get nuggets is for the hot mustard sauce, what did she give me honey mustard. I checked the receipt and it says hot mustard. If you see this lady beware
First booth we sat in smelled like body odor. Moved to another booth and had the clean the table (the restaurant was empty, no excuse). My son went up to ask for a knife, waited almost 5 minutes before giving up… you could hear them chatting in back.Food was on par. It was the service and overall management that are subpar.
Love coming here on my way home from work, the night manager Juan always have excellent hot food prepared ?
For a Mc Donalds (pretty sure you know what I mean) they are fast and customer service is good surprisingly. Have never had any issues with them and food is hot. Not much more you can ask for.
Been coming here the last 2 months... Well managed McDonald's... All the workers do a great job. I Don't stop at another McDonald's.
Picked up to go food it was cold the chicken nuggets were white and powdery looking. The hamburger was cold. Used to get king much better quality from this location.
This place is wonderful the first worker is hard to understand food is amazing
Always fast, but McDonald's needs to fix the pay from app option, seems to never work.
