Tuesday 9AM shop is locked and empty. No kolaches on shelves no employees around. Sign is flashing "OPEN" but clearly not.Last time I was here there were only about 1/2 the kolaches on the shelves and not great experience.Sad because I always enjoyed the location by Rice Village

Half of the shelves were empty, the menu doesn’t show the food that is put out, and It’s entirely too expensive to eat there. The worst thing is the customer service. She wouldn’t answer any questions I had about the food. Their chip reader wouldn’t read my card, she got frustrated and, snatched my card out of my hand. She was aggressive and had an attitude about the entire transaction. There was no one else in line or in the store, but she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. When I brought the food home to my brother and his fiancé, they had said it was the worst kolaches they had and then they threw it away. Overal 0/10, would never recommend. My family will not be shopping there again and I’d urge people to stay away from here.

This is my first time going to visit this place it was ok I was upset there was a 40 minute wait on the sasuage and cheese but the Philly cheesesteak and bacon and cheese was the best

Been here a few times wanting to try it out. The times I've been here it's a hit or miss. Sometimes the potato kolaches are too spicy for my wife or the eggs are undercooked. It's a bit pricey for what you get. Might try again if I'm feeling lucky.

It was my first time experience here and was disappointed. They asked if I wanted my kolaches heated up and they were not even hot. They also could use a station in the lobby for condiments. Bland!

Went once it was good. Same pastry is used for everything but stuffed with different types of fillings. Got potato, egg, and cheese. I also got a cream cheese Danish really good. Price very fairly if not lower than my usual places.

Love this place and was so happy when this opened on our side of town! I used to go to a location in midtown all the time to buy breakfast for the office… always a crowd pleaser.

Staff is courteous and friendly, and the kolaches are phenomenal!

My family loves Kolaches so we tried this one out. Clean and fast service. The service wasn't outstanding but it was a quick order and go process, so I'm not complaining. The donut palace locations seem to be better than the factory's.

The Ranchero is an amazing combination of Mexican eggs and Eastern European pastry. Ask them to warm it up extra extra because otherwise it can be a little cool.
