My first time visiting this location and it was super disappointing. I ordered on the KFC app and they gave my food away to someone else! I basically wasted my time and money driving there since they wouldn’t remake the order either, even though I showed them my order receipt on the app! I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!I was still able to get a refund after a 30 min phone session, but after wasting 1 hr+ of my time, I still haven’t received a call from this location to talk to me about this visit. It’s a shame since I actually like going to KFC too, but most likely won’t be going again anytime soon after this fiasco.
My last visit was exceptional!It was Memorial day and I was alone at home and got an urge for the original recipe from KFC. Hadn't had any for over a year and glad I chose it over a more formal place with crowds. I dined alone and cashier was very polite asked if I was dinning in. I was the presentation felt special.Thanks young woman ?
Just ordered food from here, and both of the employees at the drive through were very rude!The last item on my order, I had ordered a 3 piece meal, she never asked me which sides I wanted with it. I started to ask if I could have mashed potatoes and corn with it, but she cut me off to say that it comes with mashed potatoes.I drove at the window, and she didn’t say a word to me. Didn’t tell me my total, didn’t offer to give a recent, nothing.Very unprofessional, I will never come here again
OLD & BURNED FOOD at 11am...how is that possible?After just opening an hour before, I just knew my family and I were about to get some fresh KFC..we haven't had KFC in years. We were wrong..this location is either serving food from the previous day, or has careless employees that burn the food and still serve it. Even the pre-packaged cookies are burned and hard as a rock!This was our 1st and LAST TIME EATING AT THIS LOCATION. Might not eat KFC for another few years thinking back on today's experience.
Stop at this location for a quick lunch with a friend. The place was clean and welcoming. Got be careful with the bathroom hallway, it was a bit slippery. Food was good and place wasn’t crowded.
It somehow slipped my mind that yall sold Nashville hot chicken tenders, so when I stopped by for the first time in awhile and saw that, I ordered the 5 piece meal. Extremely juicy, crispy, and tangy with the loads of sauce. Insanely delicious. Biscuit was hot and fresh. 10/10 just for that meal alone. Coming back often just for that!
Tried the KFC spicy chicken sandwich for the first time. Being that KFC is all about chicken, it was quite a disappointing sandwich. The chicken was dry and hard. Pretty unappetizing. On par with some other burger chains' chicken sandwiches. You'd think a place that specializes in chicken would know how to do it properly. Certainly other places that specialize in chicken do it way better.
First of all we live in Humble and always go to the KFC on Kingwood Dr. In the past we could count on and receive excellent food and service. About two months ago we placed an order for 8 piece dinner. When we got home we found the chicken to be so small it was almost laughable. The biscuits were also smaller than usual and under cooked. We went back today and ordered the 8 piece dinner with an extra large gravy. When we got home we were missing the extra gravy, which we paid $4 for and the biscuits. Also the chicken had an off taste. I ate a few bites and began to feel. We called and talked with the manager Nancy. She was very argumentative. She said that there was nothing wrong with the chicken. It had just been cooked. She accused me of ordering from the background and said we didn’t want biscuits. Also there is no way I could be sick from the chicken. I have never been talked to in such a manner from someone who was supposed to be in a customer service position. Needless to say we will never go back to this location.
Drive through attendant was very aggressive and rude. When we asked a question to confirm that the order came with a 2 large side he became combative. My husband mentioned he was looking at the wrong thing and just noticed on the family meal it had two sides and not one that the attendant referred to. They then Rudely asked what did he mean he just noticed then I spoke up and he said which one of you noticed you or her? What does it matter?Needless to say we just drove off and will never go again.
Not all KFCs are the same. This is a good one. The food is always fresh. I drive past other locations to buy from here
