Was on my lunch break, stopped at this location but realized I didn’t have my wallet on me and I had recently reset my phone so Apple Pay wasn’t possible either. I ended up getting a picture of my card and was able to set up Apple Pay for payment but before I even did that, a employee named Alex offered to purchase a sandwich for me so that I would have something to eat on my lunch break. Awesome location, will always remember that. Definitely left a tip.
I’ve never had an incorrect order! I love the user friendly app & their service is always 100%! Kudos to Jimmy John’s!
Took hour and a half for sandwich to arrive and I live only five minutes from the store. I couldn't eat the sandwich as the bread was as hard as a brick. I'm extremely disappointed and will never order from this location again.
If you want a sandwich that looks like the pictures on the menu then jimmy johns isn’t the place for you. Small thin sandwich that reminds me of the subs we got back in grade school. As you can see from the pictures they skimp out on everything!

First time trying jimmy johns worst sandwich I ever had, the small poboy type bread was very hard to chew , I ordered a roast beef ate half of a half and threw away the second half. I’ve had poboys all over from different states and different places, I chalk this one by far the worst, I’ve heard a lot of people saying how great they are. Hmmmm, not me. Even subway is better than them.
Pretty much the same as most every JJ's. It's clean, food is fresh and the staff is average. This is common at most sandwich shops these days. Still one of my go to places for a quick sandwich.
Worst customer service of any Jimmy John’s.Don’t expect them to fix anything when they mess up your order.Expect attitude and back talk.
Ordered my meal for pick uponline and for the 2nd time never recieved message that my order was ready. Employees just standing around counter when I arrived to pick up.
Every time I come into this store to go boxes are all over the seating area. No places for customers to sit and eat their meal.
