Well they close 35 minutes earlier than it is posted online and on their doors.So if you want a sandwich you better get it before 8:20pm. And no they will not open the door to speak with you or even let you know why they are closing early.

go in every couple nights to grab a late night order. employees are always super friendly and never show the wear of the day on them. get the #43 and add extra mayo!
Love the subs, Far superior to Subway and you’ll notice a difference in taste and actual weight of the sandwich! Ordered via the Jersey Mike’s app for delivery, usually within 30 minutes. As for the delivery itself, perfect! They use a 3rd party delivery service, which was DoorDash and never a problem with the delivery. When the store opened, had a few issues with the orders, but the Mgr Katelyn corrected the issue and made it right. No issues since. Also, be sure to take advantage of their loyalty program
Amazing sandwiches. They do such great philanthropic work... the day we went 100%of proceeds went to help fund special Olympics.
We had a wonderful time at this store! We came in as first timers, and the whole staff were soo kind! They were very accommodating as we navigated the menu. The employees were soo sweet to my toddler as well. The restroom was sparkling clean along with the restaurant. Keep up the good work!
Stopped in to get a sandwich and was pleasantly surprised at their new kingwood location. Ordering was easy and they were able to get me in and out, unlike their other locations. Very happy with the new location
New Kingwood Jersey Mike’s Didn’t get our delivery order correct, I proceeded to call the restaurant and speak to the Manager, RUDY. They even admitted they didn’t read the complete order. He cared zero percent about delivering what we didn’t receive, and wasn’t concerned in any way to make it right. He then proceeded with terrible attitude! Avoid this location, plenty other options in the area that respect customers. Owner of this location needs to be made aware of poor management.
