The staff at this location need raises! Everyone is always in an awesome mood, and their smiles are infectious! These are tough times these days and it’s rare to find a staff that is productive, happy and efficient. My husband and I love Jersey Mike’s and we will always recommend this location!
Stopped by for the first time today and Matthew, Carver?, and Walker were awesome. Hands down the best sandwich I've had and I had Lenny's last night.
First time trying Jersey Mikes and it was wonderful! Walter the manager greeted my family and I with a huge “welcome in family!” He explained all the top sandwiches and helped us pick our favorite. He even let my very picky kid sample a few meats to find what kind he liked. Water was very kind and had us laughing the whole time! The lady who made our sandwiches (did not get her name) was very kind as well and she was not skimpy at all on the sandwich toppings! Our sandwiches were huge! The food was amazing! Clean dining! We will definitely be back!
Decided to try this location out on my way to work. I've had JM in the past not this location before, but was never a fan of the drenched in vinegar sandwich. I asked for it (Original Italian) sans vinegar. While eating, it occurred to me that's what JM does in order to cover up the bland taste of their sandwiches! Drench it in vinegar and you can barely tell the actual flavor of your meat, bread, cheese and fixings. Beside the fact that it took about 15 minutes to make ONE sandwich, OR the fact that said sandwich was bland, OR the fact that it cost over $10 for the sandwich ALONE... I don't think I'll be back. Slow, overpriced, flavorless ingredients. I know a place just across the freeway from here that is none of those things, nor do they need to soak your sandwich in vinegar for it to taste fantastic!
I come here once a week and always get great food and service. However, Walter blew my expectations out of the park. His humor, desire to please, and level of care for his job I noticed was spectacular! He made my day! I can’t wait to come back for the food and service from everyone, but Walter was extra amazing!
First time at Jersey Mikes. Walked in and was greeted by Walter who took care of my family immediately. I have food allergies and Walter went over and above to take care of my food while it was being made. Great place with a great staff. Walter Rocks and so does the food. Will be back for sure.
Great group that works there! Great energy! Long line when I got there for lunch but they have a great system and got us out of there in no time! Highly recommend this location. This will be my go to location from now on.
I will absolutely continue to eat here. Yolanda was the BEST!!!! Not only did she greet every person with a smile, energy and positivity but my favorite part..an employee came in to start his shift and she took him to the side (I was close enough to ease drop) and politely told him he needed to get himself looking appropriate to start work.That is something that is sorely needed these days. I see more and more people looking like they just rolled out of bed.Yolanda was just the highlight of this place! I hope her boss sees this and more importantly the company. We need to ensure those that are doing amazing work are recognized.Thank you so much Yolanda for making my day
WOW!!! The food here is AMAZING. Great being able to watch them make it fresh when you order it, and the staff were friendly and great! WILL BE BACK for sure.
Great staff. Very enthusiastic and motivated. They all deserve a pay raise. The food is always amazing so thanks. Goggle maps will screw up the directions so folks don't let it win, find the food lol.
