This is a new location and dinner was very satisfying. Just a classic BLT & Fries, which were both delicious. I went to this location before dinner time so the place was mostly empty. Both the waiter and cook did their jobs well.
Waited for a 2 meal takeout order in a nearly empty restaurant for about 4 minutes. The waitress was lovely, and obviously wondering what was taking so long to cook 1 burrito and 1 order of crepes. Not only that but when we got the order the order was wrong and half cold. There is no reason a restaurant with maybe 8 tables sould take this long for a takeout order. The staff obviously need more help or a better manager is needed. I'll keep my business at the porter location. I feel so bad for the wait staff that has to deal with the poor management of this location .
If I could give zero stars I would. Waited almost an hour for food. The food was mediocre at best. The server was basically nonexistent. Was going to ask for the check for our drinks so we could leave but unfortunately the next time she came to the table was to give us the food. The chicken fried steak came with no gravy and she said she had to go heat it up??? She brought the check which was $40 for 2 meals and 2 drinks. She then brought back our copy to sign and it was another tables $50 tab. Of course we then couldn't find her to get it corrected. I would have maybe understood if the place was busy but we were basically 1/10 tables taken on a Sunday morning. When we were leaving the whole lobby was filled and there was people waiting outside even tho there was a TON of empty tables. Worst experience we've ever had.
Skye was our waitress and she was awesome! Tried the gluten friendly pancakes and they were great!
Well....I've given this place multiple chances in hopes that it's just been a bad day for the workers.Every single time we have waited an exaggerated amount of time to be seated, to have our order taken, and most of the time the order has been incorrect. The first time I went, was for my son's birthday and the whole family went.It was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. The place had only two other tables, our waitress had a horrible attitude and was so annoyed everytime we asked for something. Our complete order was incorrect. Literally, every single one of our plates were wrong. They forgot several things, and she was annoyed at our requests.Once they brought in our toast, it was DIRTY! IT HAD DIRT ON IT!After so much, I had to speak with the manager, she was kind and gave us the order free. But even with it being free, it was still a horrible experience. After this this time, we came 2 more times.Same experience. Our last one was pretty unique, though! ?One of the waitress was soooo mad at another. She was yelling across the room and it was quite interesting. However, Crystal, our waitress, was so kind and apologized to us and gave my son an extra shake. The extra star is for CRYSTAL.Thank you for being kind in the middle of that craziness!
This by far is the worst visit to ihop we have ever experienced. There was only one other patron in the restaurant. We had to wait for over 10 minutes for our waiter to ask us what we wanted to drink. The waiter dropped our ticket at the table before we even had our food! The BLT I ordered was dry (I had to ask for the mayo to put on it myself!) I would have gotten up to get my own drink refill myself, if I knew where to get it. All around horrible experience. If I could do 0 stars I would give that.
Disgusting if I could give 0 stars I would!! Now I understand why they are always empty. Not sure how you can mess up pancakes or scrambled eggs but this is ridiculous! Paid for ihop to go and got home to a true disappointment. Pancakes were extremely small and dry, eggs were soupy not fully scrambled, steak was well done and not medium rare as I requested. Yuck!
Curbside should not take an hour, especially on a mid-morning Monday. When we checked on the order for the second time, the cooks were having a loud disagreement about our food and the hostess was trying to get them to rush our order. Some pancakes were burned, others undercooked. The eggs were not cooked the way we ordered and everything was cold. Overall extremely disappointed and I see why the parking lot is always empty at this location. Alicia and the young man with dreads were the only enjoyable parts of this experience.
20 - 30 minute wait to be seated without drinks for another 20 minutes. Didn't even know who our waitress was, so we just got up and left for the Dennys down the road. Don't care if it's a staffing issue, don't seat people and ignore them.
Breakfast food is good.
