I'm giving 4 stars as the food always taste great. But the Kingwood location NEEDS to hire a busboy. We as a party of 4 sat there just over an hour and the whole time we were there, not one person came out to clean any of the tables and there were at least 10-12 that needed cleaning. Man, have some Pride in your jobs and where you work. Nobody wants to eat in a dirty restaurant. I used to be a waitress, I get that times are busy, but clean up after your guests, it's part of y'all's job to keep the customers coming back.
This place is very very very very DIRTY!!!! My family and I are here trying to eat and have to sit at separate tables because 27 tables have old food and drinks on them still. The floors are covered in food, mustard, napkins, etc. It makes you feel very dirty trying to eat your food because of all the dirt. There are only a few families in here at the moment. I can't understand why the lobby is in such disarray when the place isn't crowded. Seems to me the staff doesn't make cleaning up after customers a priority. I am not that tech savvy otherwise I would have gladly attached a photo of the mess. Management should be ashamed of themselves if they are aware of how this location is being ran. The food here is good, but I almost feel offended by how disgusting it is in here right now. Came here once before and it was bad then as well. I won't make a third trip. That I promise.Part two: As my family and I ate our food I overhead several customers ask for someone to clean up the tables so they could sit to eat. The manager on duty must have said something that upset the customer because the customer asked for their money back. Afterwards, the manager went back to making food and was loudly venting about not having enough staff, etc. The more customers asked for simple things like straws, ice for the their drinks since there was no ice in the soda fountains, the staff began collectively venting their frustrations. Regardless of how short staffed they may have been today there is absolutely no excuse to have dirty tables in the amount that was observed. Out of curiosity my wife walked over to 3 separate tables and looked at the receipts that were left on the table. To her surprise some of the receipts were several hours old. Which means the mess wasn't just a recent fluke. The mess in the restaurant had been there for several hours prior to us even arriving. My youngest daughter and my 13 year old daughter didn't want to eat their food while we were there because of how dirty the restaurant was. It was also awkward trying to eat while you watch customers walk hopelessly around the restaurant trying to find a place to sit. So after a while we decided to just leave. Soda area was disgusting. Spilled soda everywhere. 1 machine wide open and not operable. No containers for ketchup or other condiments. Just horrible. And for the record, I am not looking forward to the typical response that one would normally receive after leaving a poor review. I would really like for change to be implemented ASAP. I will not be returning ever again however, I'm sure others will choose Fuddruckers for a place to eat and they deserve better. This place was so far out of being acceptable. So rather than give the cliche response to the review please just clean this place up. Horrible!!
Stood in line for 30 minutes and no one had their orders taken. We watched as they continued to push out other orders. I understand they may have been experiencing a rush but they ignored everyone else who was standing in line, never letting anyone know how long it would be before they would start accepting orders again. Several people ahead of us who had been there longer eventually gave up and left. Finally I had to give up and leave too due to needing to get back to work. This was my first experience at this particular location, and I will not ve returning anytime soon.

Friendly workers, clean site. Also the burgers we tried were delicious and fresh. I was just glad to discover that this location (Kingwood, TX) was a good place to eat a good burger. I enjoyed being there and eating better quality food.
My order was never made waited about 30 minutes had to go ask and told not even on their screen. The food is good but be ready to wait an hour and if they make the order. This the second time actually. We will NOT be coming back again
Took them an hour to complete my take-out order on a Friday night. Ordered 3 combos meal but they did not have Togo cups and the cups they gave me did not have tops for them. I asked for my money back but she claimed she did know how. I did not press the issue. Also when I got home my burgers were missing bacon.
Management left the parking lot lights off and an elderly patron got injured because of it. Management couldn't care less. They've lost my business till they make it right. Her poor husband thought he had lost his wife when she hit her head. Shame on y'all
This was probably the worse meal we have had at this location, which is where we usually get a great meal. We got there at 7PM and there was not a light on at the front of the restaurant, not even the porch area! The parking lot was so dark! I told the girl who took our order that she needed to turn the lights on, she shrugged and said that they were closing soon. If I had fallen, believe me, I would have sued!! I got a chicken salad and the chicken was very dry. My husband got a hamburger and had a cold bun. Very disappointed.
Emily was our cashier, she did no care at all about giving a good service, did not enter the correct order, we had to wait in line to get the missing items and whe the order was ready she show a lot of attitude when she gave us the tray... Food is good bad customer service.
