I really like Dunkin, but this one is a little slow. My biggest complaint is they ALWAYS put whip despite my sticker saying NO WHIP.
Placed a mobile order at 10:29 as I pulled up to the car behind the speaker box, sat there until 10:49 before I got fed up & went inside. Workers inside were literally just circling around each other clueless, I got the attention of a worker and asked for my drink, she told me they were out of coconut and asked if I wanted something else instead and instead of listening to what I replied with she just did green tea and I hate green tea so now I just have a drink that I paid for, it waited 25 minutes for, and hate
Amazing low priced coffee! The employees are also very friendly. I have been there about 4 times so far but sometimes you can taste the grains of sugar that is added or a different taste in the coffee but I dropped Starbucks for this place!! Love it!

WONDERFUL experience here today. My first time to Dunkin' EVER and the lady who helped me was extremely helpful and nice. She helped me pick a drink that I've never tried and helped me with the mobile app as well to get points. I couldn't have asked for better customer service than I received. I didn't get her name and my receipt has a man's name but she has braided pig tails. ??
Love the salted caramel cold foam cold brew. The staff is very nice. If you want donuts definitely go early by noon there isn't much to chose from.
Went in on Easter morning with my 10 year old, everything with our order was fine, however, the young group of girls working had on music that was NOT appropriate at all…a bunch of curse words and vulgar language. They just looked at me and laughed with each other about the foul language. Even my 10 year old looked at me is disbelief that they were playing music like this in there, especially on Easter morning. Not cool.
First time to this location. It was clean and the staff very respectful and friendly. I purchased a hot large caramel latte, excellent the girl who did it dis a great job, I am pick with my latte and she did a great job was delicious. That was in the morning. I went back around lunch time to get another and was delicious as the first one. Bathroom clean. Excellent. Of course I will come back. Plus the donuts were excellent too. My coworker enjoyed it too.
Everything was very fresh and the staff was sweet, BUT they forgot a large chunk of my order. Wanted to call them and let them know that I was on my way back to get it so they could get it ready, but they don't have a phone number listed online, so I had to go back up there and wait for them to prepare it. They stated they realized they had not given me everything and I wondered why they didn't bother to call me as they had my phone number because it was a mobile order. They were too busy talking about something gross their friend posted on Facebook.:/
The person taking the orders was very nice and helpful , however .. When I got to the window I noticed that the person handling money and giving out orders wasn’t wearing a mask and that’s okay but then I saw the other worker handling the food in the back ground walking around with her mask dangling off her chin which really bothered me, but the worst thing about this entire experience was my beverage that I ordered, I ordered a medium cappuccino but when I received it and opened it up, it barely had any drink in it at all, they served me a small in a medium cup. I will not be coming back to this specific location.
