Super clean, friendly...Quick service!
9/11/21 My husband was in the mood for DD’s so we stopped by , 15 minute wait because only one person (Laura) at the register. There were four others just standing there talking! Honestly they work more efficiently, accurately when the owner is around smh. They got my order wrong and to add insult the guy in the back heavyset with glasses gave me a tub of cream cheese to go with my bagel. If you work the register, you should KNOW the items on the menu! Not returning to this DD’s anymore instead driving to the one on FM1960.
The iced matcha latte was pretty good, they had the usual substitues available like coconut milk and sugar free vanilla. I tried the strawberry cream cheese filled oat bagel and it was delightful. The drive thru wait staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunatley they had already run out of the new apple cider donuts so we will have to try those next time. All in all good food and service. ?
Honestly dunkin’ it’s self is great! I have loved everything I have ordered there but the service is terrible at this location. Every time I order drive thru or inside the employees are more worried about finishing their conversations than doing their jobs. I have not received multiple items to my orders many times now. It never fails they young kids in there working rather chit chat and play around than focus on the customers. I was telling someone thank you for my order one time and she literally closed the window mid sentence and started laughing with the other girl. The managers are just at fault because they seem to be joking just as much.

I love this Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff is super friendly, and of course the coffee and teas are fantastic!! You can’t go wrong!!
Went 2 weeks ago And ordered my favorite grilled ham and cheese they were out of ham so I just got the grilled cheese came back today ordered a ham and cheese and again they were out of him my daughter ordered the refresher they were out of the strawberry so she asked fir the pomegranate which they were also out of so she settled for the peach which she didnt drink because it had a real fake flavorMy coffe was great
I'm not sure if I'm happy exactly, but ever since this store moved on to North Park my girl's favorite question is "can we get donuts?"It might be my inner northerner, but I like Dunkin' donuts better than any other donut place around here.Getting in and out can be a little tricky with the traffic, but I always use the entrance by the car wash place because there's a cut through to the eastbound lanes there.
Just love this place. Staff is outgoing and committed to service. I feel like some of these reviews are unfair in that management and the staff are trying to figure out this franchise. I have never been treated nicer at any DD - and I’ve been to several dozen throughout the Northeast US.The cleanliness of this place is “spot on” and product quality is consistent with national standards. I have experienced a few delays in getting my order; however staff has been great at communication regarding why the order is delayed.One thing I would “zing” is the outside landscaping. Although this place is new, it looks like the grass has not been cut yet. Some yard maintenance would go a long way in bringing some curb appeal (yes - this may be petty).
Friendly staff. Drive through line takes forever. I prefer to go in store. They are pretty quick with the iced coffee but food takes a little longer. They should have made the parking lot just a bit wider so cars could get out when there’s a line. The app offers reward and coupons. And they should post their hours on the door. I don’t know when they open.
