Trash location, can only be blamed on the manager. Employees seem... to put it politely, Underclass. Zero customer service skills. Any good employee that gets hired here will quickly leave after realizing the work environment and conditions. I don't blame the garbage staff and food because if there was a manager present worth a damn, the food and employees would be made properly and trained properly. Don't waste you're money or time here. Wouldn't let my dog eat anything from this place even if he bought it himself. All around in every aspect the worst dairy queen I have ever been to. Treat this place like meth, "Not Even Once" There's Salvation Army Soup Kitchens with better food and service than this place.
Everything about this place is horrible. Came here with my husband to have lunch went in to eat but lobby was closed down so we ordered our food to go. Waited 20 minutes for our food to be done went to the car to eat it and they made our two burgers wrong. Husband went back in not once, twice but three times for our order to be correct witch never was. Gave them back my food and told them I just want my money . They refused to give me my money so now I’m having to deal with corporate trying to get my refund back but as we were leaving the manager comes outside as we proceeding to get in our vehicle and she is continuing to yell at us not to ever come back. And not to mention the third time when I went in to try to fix my order there was people in there eating in their lobby after they have told me and my husband and nobody was allowed to eat in the lobby. Manager was nowhere to be found for a whole 40 minutes why this whole thing is going on. This place definitely needs some new management and a new manager. And the foods too expensive for it to be that horrible not worth it.
My fries are basically small I just paid for a medium box and got small fries thanks. I'd go in the store but they're closed and only the drive thru is open right now and a very long line... Also the first time ordering a dirt pie blizzard the picture had gummy worms in it and it didn't dawn on me until I left. I figured it might be mixed in it... I basically just got chocolate ice cream and Oreos, no fudge no worms... I'm not coming back, at least not this location they have too many screw ups each time I order something
I love DQ, but this one is the worst one. The past several times I gone to this restaurant, They have excuses “the ice cream machine is not working” while they have a long lines trying to order. I drove by the window after I was told that the machine was broken, they workers in the inside were just laughing while looking at me. At this point the ice cream machine at McDonald’s is working more than the one at DQ. I won’t be going back to this location anymore. Never noticed that they have one star reviews. Big red flag.
Whenever I have come to this place I see employees in the back smoking but 2 nights ago it was something incredible, I think all the employees were smoking because there were more than 5 people. That disgusted me, they are playing with the public's health, I literally had to leave, because I don't know if they wash their hands when they enter the restaurant and they will probably say yes, but the truth will never be known. I put this review because it is a place where food is served, therefore, it is a delicate place, personally I am not going to go to that place anymore and the car that was in front of us that night made the same decision and left. ***We are in the midst of a pandemic where it has been shown that hygiene is everything***
Ordered delivery; missing extra gravy and my “large fry” is the same amount of fries my kids got in the kids meal.. what’s the point of paying extra?
This is our favorite DQ but we went in for ice cream and we’re greeted with by manager it’s gonna be a long wait, no hello greeting. Two people dining in and the drive thru was a little full. I asked her is it a long time for ice cream she said yes. We left and went to small cakes and enjoyed ourselves.
Gave me melted ice creams! Banana splits and blizzard were melting so bad in drive thru that I could pour them out. Manager yelling at everyone including me. Ridiculous! I give fair reviews from all over the world. Embarrassed this was in my backyard. Unprofessional and bad service.
Drove from New Caney and got there at 9:53 pm and it was closed. I tried to call and no one answered. If you have hours of operation, you should comply with them.
I usually spend more then $40 when I go here but the food I received on my last 2 visits was horrible! My previous visit there were 2 steak fingers that were hard as bricks. This time I spent over $50 on meals & asked if they could make it fresh & explained my last visit. I watched them cooking it & thought these dinners were going to be good, WRONG! They were under cooked & my shake had what looked like a rust chip in the bottom of my shake! ??
