Ate lunch at this location today, the food was delicious and fresh! The young man named jason working the grill was very personable. I will be going back soon!

Got food poisoning from this place. It took me a whole week to fully recover. Be careful next time you order!!
Chipotle is now doing the 'half a burrito for full price' deal.The only reason I got this burrito today was because I responded to a "free burrito" email. It turns out they charged my full price anyway.
The young caucasian guy with glasses and a mustache at the drive up window on 4/23/22 around noon is extremely rude when asking him questions about you're order. Twice in a row I've ordered a drink and he calmed I did not. I look at my receipt after leaving and had to drive back up there again where he was a little coward and didn't want to be at the window for me to confront him on his mistake. Another (more polite employee got my drink) The fact the other one told me no and while i was still talking walked away rudely from the window is what this guy needs help with his customer service. If you don't like the job then don't work there! This is the same person twice already that has some sort of bad attitude there. Management really needs to talk to this guy asap
Love the food on this place. And the drive through window is very convenient for the fact that one doesn't have to get off the vehicle. Got to it, waited about two to three minutes an was welcomed by the employee. Gave them my name, since the food was already paid online. An received it right then an there.
Well it’s funny when a person becomes a manager (John) , forget how he got started, from the bottom to the top , couple times I been there he talk to his employees in front of customers rude, treat them rude, he needs to remember, don’t talk to others or treat others the way you don’t want to be talked to and treat it. Just cause you have title that say manger . He Needs to understand not everyone has his life , to make decisions and actions cause of power of management, ( Buddy look at yourself in mirror) treat all employees with kindness
My wife and I love us some Chipotle and were excited to hear they were coming to Kingwood. But, If you’re open until 10pm, Be open until 10. I don’t want to come in again at 9:30 and hear you’re out of steak, chips, and vegetables again. I told them I’d wait. I was told “We’ve already turned off the grill and fryer” Sorry for the rant. Just a pet peeve of mine.
We've eaten here on multiple occasions before but today it was a hassle to even try. At dinnertime, we setup the app to do a mobile order but you can only use Google Pay at checkout. We went in and they only had 1 person working the entire counter and checkout. The food looked overcooked or old, and they were completely out of brown rice. They're starting to slip.
Good ingredients but as usual, a poor execution. Look, it's simple. Guac, sour cream, anything like that need to be applied to the tortilla first. If it's added last you just get a big blob of it. I finally found my guacamole at the very end, disgusting!
