This is what I get for $10.60. I’ve ordered from you all before. This salad has never looked like this before. The French onion was soggy, the bits that I did come across… it was mixed up prior to me getting this salad, as if someone had already had it set to eat and then gave it back. I more than likely will not go back, for the past 3yrs the service and quality has gone down. I can’t and will not continue to spend money for my food to look like this. There is brown lettuce and I couldn’t stomach to eat it, and not going back to the restaurant to get a different one, why?! So I could possibly get the same salad back. I’m good.
All foods ordered tasted very much like oil (wings, tenders, fries). Signature sauce is very strong in smell and taste. We did enjoy the chicken sandwhich, but will bot be returning. Just wasnt good chicken for the price.
Really enjoy there salads ! Fresh and good! Great customer service through there drive through. Polite and friendly. Boneless chicken is great !! Ask them to make them fresh ?? good lunch day.
The two staff members with blue hair were rude as could be. Food was half cold, and there isn’t any water available to wash your hands in the bathroom, which is disgusting, let alone a huge health code violation.
Love the food but the location could be better. The employees are hit or miss, mostly miss. There have been employees having fist fights in the parking lot. Just uncomfortable to be around. Never had an issue with the food.The cleaning needs to be better. There are crumbs in between the cushions of the booths. I sat in the same booth twice over two weeks in a row. Crumbs in between the cushions that a vacuum could easily get both times. I went during non peak hours so no excuse that they are so busy and can't keep up with this sort of thing.Drink area is always sticky, floor and counter.At least the food is consistent though.
every single time I have a terrible experience, why do I keep coming back ?? I thought this place got new management ? Oh yeah? That why I came back. It still sucks! The customer service is terrible as well, the woman didn’t say a single word to me while handing me my food which definitely was odd as well. thumbs down. I made this post because of the food tho. So bad. One time there was even HOLES burnt in my styrofoam some how, my guess is they microwave food here. Incredibly weird, come here if you want microwaved food.
Ordered a wings-n- thangs and it was 13 dollars and some change. For 5 wings, three or four chicken fingers and a handful of fries it was definitely not worth it. Overpriced and not that good to be almost 14 dollars. Disappointed......
Went here for the first time yesterday and now I'm trying to figure out why I haven't went sooner. The customer service was awesome. I didn't wait long for my food at all and it was fresh and hot. The lemonade was so good that it didn't make it to the house, next time I'm getting two.
