It's a good portion of chicken fried rice. Unfortunately, it's bland.They told me that they prep and cook it the same way as Wong's Chinese kitchen in Heights. It's not true.I hope this location can improve the flavor one day.
This is the worst Chinese place to eat at. They don't deserve any stars but 1 star is required so I had no choice. The rice has no taste to it. The rice was cold and the shrimp was not fully cooked. I understand why there are no refunds. When you know you provide poor customer service, of course you know customers will want their money back. This place does not care about the customers at all. It's all about them ripping customers off !!!!! Poor customer service. Waste of money for sure!!!! Horrible food. I would not recommend eating here.
I wish I could give a zero star review. As soon as I opened my food to dive in and it there was hair all in the rice. I called to notify the restaurant only for the young lady to hang up in my face. When i called back to speak to the manager Mike i was told well if i could bring it back today then i could get it remade. Why would i want food remade that has hair in it. I told him i can't bring it back to today cause i stay almost in Kempner and he said well they can't so anything with it tomorrow. What exactly need to be done but it being thrown away. I never was offered a refund or apology. I will never order her again and o suggest if you want your food without hair in it to not order here either.
I am not intimidated by knowing my info will be posted along with my review an accurate and honest review. My delivery order, the breaded items were cold and soggy. Breaded food was cold. I will not make another delivery again. Have not eaten in at wings but hope the eat in food is better. P.s. my dogs wouldn't eat it
Just ??If I could give a 0 I would.I placed my order, no one called. When I reached out for the 3rd time someone finally answered. My food was horrible and inedible. They said on the phone the food was fresh…try weeks old. The chicken was hard and there were so many hairs in the fried chicken you could still hear it clucking. The rice was burnt and seemingly old.Also, this is not towards the staff, but the owners need to close that place down if you are not giving quality for for what customers pay for.
Online ordering through the website was easy to navigate. Delivery was faster than the time estimated. We love the chicken skewers and eggrolls, among many other things. I reccomend using online ordering definitely!!
I have never had some person be A total a-hole while taking my order. I know it’s it’s late but I’m still paying for everything. Man I still don’t understand why employees are so mean, disrespectful and rude. I canceled my order and hung up. WTH
Best Chinese food I've had in a VERY long time, hands down!! I've been in Killeen for 3 years, Texas for 7...been searching from Austin to Dallas for GOOD Chinese, like from back home on the east coast, this is the closest I've found and I'm thrilled!! Great service and incredible food!! Thank you!
