My family of eight had a large order and I was having issues with the Internet so I had to call in the order and even though it was 20 minutes before closing they made it a smooth process and the cooks the manager and even the cashier at the front were amazing and everything was fresh and made to order and they made sure everything was temped correctly!They kept informing me about the timing of all the food and were spot on when the order was completed$80 worth of food and it was well worth it thank you guys so much!!!#theladywith7boys ?
Good customer service. Prices has definitely increased and with less chicken seems like. Maybe it’s me. Had to ask manager to have gentlemen put gloves on due to him sneezing and wiping his nose and didn’t wash his hands. Wasn’t to happy about the sanitation in handling food. Really wish they use gloves. She offered to make our food. I did appreciate that.
Worst service...they got my entire order wrong, then I had to drive all the way back with the wrong food which they threw in trash..Still had to wait for order...then they put entire 20 piece in one container, had to ask for the brownies twice that they also forgot...all while watching manager, staff joking and playing around while people have been waiting 40 minutes for their order.......as you can see garlic parm are basically reg boneless...some just have some parmesan on top...definitely no garlic at all..SO FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING

There new team is amazing. They work together from what I could tell. My last 2 orders were fresh and hot. Cashier is very polite. Young lady with the colored hair always taking phone orders and repeating back the orders to make sure they're correct. Keep up the great work guys
Them lemon pepper wings so good they'll make you slap your momma. The only thing I would change is the amount of time they cook them. I like mine very well done and crispy. I ended up throwing them in the oven when I got home but I'm not complaining.
I ordered a simple 6 piece all flats with fries instead I received cold hard chicken and burned over salted fries … I went back for a remake and my fries were still over salted and I didn’t even get the right order I paid extra for all flats and I didn’t get that made correctly on a remake. I was the last person to receive service I stood there for over 30 min and 3 people kept asking for my order after I told them multiple times . I will not be back I’d rather go to the heights location terrible service
It's disheartening to see how much effort the managers and some of the staff came together to terminate an employee that they claim was hard working and also received a raise without even being there for 90 days, with claims that they can't back up and character assassination on top of them keeping the other employee that is supposed to be involved. If your saying your going by code of conduct make sure you do and don't just terminate the little black boy because you feel like you can lie on him. Hmm what do you know, just last week they terminated the little black girl maybe its a trend. Just a tip, try putting that much effort and energy into the food that is being served. Had to give a star to post
Rick and Amata were so sweet!!!!! I went to place an order and forgot to add a speciality and they accommodated me so fast and were so nice! This place was clean too. Friendly staff and I will be returning. Thank you!!! :) Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!!!!!!One suggestion for the manager to help the traffic flow- curbside pickup would be a good option since this place and little Caesars are always busy. There’s lots of parking space in the lot.
