Line was long as usual. Food was warm but not hot. Tried the new Southern bacon double. It was okay but not great. Not enough of the tyranny tangy sauce or the slaw (I guess that's what it was), cheese wasn't melted. The same employee came to my car three times asking me if I was someone else, while I was waiting on my food. I love Whataburger but it's not really worth the long lines or the slower service.
Recommend the App - When you order on line, you are first in line. . .Customize your order the way you like it.Then do curbside pickup and avoid the lines inside or drive thru. You can even add the condiments to the order.Prefecto no more line since Whataburger is so popular and always busy during peak times.
Don’t usually review fast food places but this location is a no if you want to zoom through a drive thru. They will have you waiting 30+ minutes. You could be the only person in line and they’re gonna take close an hour to get your food out. And it’s not like you can just say forget it and drive off either, you’re just trapped waiting for food you might not even want for real. Overall not really a fast food joint but the employees are always nice and respectful. They’re doing amazing under this high stress and I’m 100% sure they get rude people but they’re always putting on a brave face.Just wish I could not waste time in a line, got me over here reflecting on life choices. Do I really need to eat fast food?
While my food was good and delivered to my table. I truly did NOT enjoy having an employee is adjacent to me chewing with her mouth open. I would hope that some etiquette is discussed within the team. Also, some personal conversations should not be discussed within earshot of customers. It will be sometime before I return.
It was a lil busy when I went so it helped to pull up the menu on my phone before getting to the person taking the order...but the food was absolutely delicious. Well worth the wait. It was really cold that day too so I truly appreciated the staffs hard work and effort in standing outside and bring the orders out.
Ya mi kinda taste good but like always they lines move slow and they alway mess up my order. I done with this place. I asked for a kids meal with whataburger chicken bites, I got 6 peace meal. Now I have to deal with my lil girls fit because she didn’t get her kids meal. And to top it off chicken bites are more air and breading then chicken. If you don’t mind waiting 10min for an ok burger then this place for you.
We had a great experience at this location. The manager, Sean is awesome. He was welcoming, friendly, and funny. The food was hot and fresh. This was the BEST customer service we've had in awhile. Thanks, Sean!
The selection is okay, pretty standard fare for a burger chain. Had the bacon burger meal, was okay but nothing stood out. Very similar to In&Out for the most part, and I wasn't impressed by them either.
