I ordered online. When I came to pick up my food the door was locked. I knocked on the door and someone said to go to drive thru. I got in line. Then when I got to speaker the girl said I have to come inside. I then told her tried to but door was locked. She then said wait and came backache said, I could pull around. I made the mistake of leaving the line, but the person in front of me was taking a while and I was then unsure if I was suppose to go inside. I knocked a second time on the door, then encountered the same girl and i was trying to get her attention. She said it’s closed and walked away. It was after 10:30. I pulled back in line. Thankfully I was able to cut the line.The reason I’m writing this is because of the bad communication. If they choose to close dining they Need to have everyone on board. I was not told by the two people taking my order and giving me food that the dining was closed. I was told by a person cleaning that dining was closed. I asked the lady at the window, for the future, Is dining closed and what time does dining open. She said it opens at 10:30. Even though at 10:30 it was closed. The signs on the building say 10am the girl at the window said 10:30. There were no signs on the building saying dining closed. My time is very valuable and I lost 20 minutes. If I choose to come back I will only order at Drive thru to see because i can’t guarantee that my pickup time will be correct. This was only my 2 or 3 rd time coming to this Wendy’s.I did make known my complaint but I did not ask for management. I can only hope that it was passed along. I asked that next time the lady cleaning would come to the door and talk to me instead of walking away. I had on my scrubs and badge so I don’t think she thought I was a random off the street and she encountered me twice. Last thing, if the people in Drive through had been clear and told me that dining was closed, I would have not tried going in the second time.

Bad choce. Went in the evening, with more than 8 employees inside. Drive thru had ni more than 5 cars. The secundaria Windows asked me to move the car forward waiting 20 minutes outside.I walked in to find out they wasn't tracking my order.The star given is for the cashier who took the order, the one who serve the order and another for the hot fríes.

The food was very bland. Asked for fresh fries and nuggets and apparently the lady had already boxed them and when the girl taking my order turned to tell her she got an annoyed look and dumped the nuggets and fries back into the batch. Also noticed no gloved hands! Most drinks were out, no ketchup so had to ask for packets. While eating we burned calories by fighting the fee flies that kept coming for the food! I'll pass.

Food was fresh and delivered very quickly. Had the triple baconater and 10 piece nuggets. (Don't judge me lol). Served hot! I would have given five stars only downside was restaurant floors sticky. Ramon was both professional and friendly. He made the experience that much better for me.

Not bad. The order ahead seemed to take a bit longer than had we ordered when we got there but it wasn't terrible. The iced tea was almost completely clear and tastes more like sugar water. I ordered medium potatoes and got small, but it's ok. Just make sure to check your orders before leaving

I went to this location about 10 minutes ago and ordered 2 combos. I had just started to eat my burger when I found a long black hair in it. That's disgusting!Yall need to wear hairnets! I want my money back! I then try to call the store and it says my call cannot be completed as dialed.

Normally good food but they literally cut a corner. Im sure it just fell off and wasn't bitten off or anything drastic.

I ordered through the App for a pick up at the drive thru but decided to go inside because the drive thru was packed. Even though the order wasn't for the inside they still took care of me. The order was hot, fresh, and fast; and the service was extremely courteous. I haven't been inside in over two years and during that visit it wasn't really that clean, but it's totally changed. I don't know if it's because covid has limited interior dining, but it was refreshing to sit at a clean table and walk on floors that aren't sticky. Overall, it was a very very good experience.

Two nights in a row my daughter wanted a chocolate Frosty after rehearsal and two nights in a row for one reason or another they couldn't accommodate (after waiting 10 minutes in the drive through).On the 3rd night, I figured I would try to call ahead of time to see if their "machine was fixed" (rather than wait another 10 or 15 minutes in the drive- through), and after 20 rings my carrier hung up with no answer.

The staff was very friendly. Specifically the black lady with the burgundy n blonde braids and her beautiful Christmas nails. I just wish my fries where hot like the commercial. Other than that. I had a great experience.
