We enjoy their brisket either sandwich or by itself. Flavorful with a hint of spice.It’s my dad’s favorite place to pickup BBQ now when visiting.Can’t beat eating BBQ & shopping at everyone’s favorite grocery store in Texas!
I came to this location a few days ago with my kids and the service was amazing, especially from Josean. He was very patient and asked us how our food was after we were done. I will definitely be coming back more often.
Great customer service! Yaz was the cashier today. She smiled while taking our order. I feel comfortably eating in a place where the staff is happy to be working and give excellent customer service. The workers who prepare the orders are fast and efficient. The food is always tasty. It's not a hit or miss. I enjoy dining in so I can enjoy eating my food warm.
These folks catered my wedding. Excellent Brisket and generous BBQ sauce. They went out of their way to let me pay ahead of time over the phone. Forgot onions and pickles in the order, but since that might have been my friends who picked up the food (or easily resolved in the moment) I'm not docking any stars.
Great value and even better flavor!!It's not often I can honestly say great things about a bbq place, as I really dislike a dry brisket, but you'll find a great spot if you give this place a try, surprised me, because it's designed and operated like a typical franchiseGreat location to save your wallet from those impulse buys too!
My and my family love this place. Their Frito pie is 5 stars and I personally love their loaded Mac and cheese. Was surprised I could get a flight of beers which was nice cause I wanted to try a few. Atmosphere is quite nice. Great spot if you want a quick bite to eat of BBQ.
Well, first the manager was the cashier. He was very patient as it was our first time visit. We ordered a 1/4 chicken, mac & cheese w/ side salad and, banana pudding. That was the best I've had in Killeen so far.My wife got the briskquet, mac & cheese, green beans with banana pudding.Both meals beat Rudy's, and other texas bbq that I have had. So from my experience, this chow was the best.
5 stars, craft beer and shopping, can’t be beat with a stick
I LOVE this place and I visit it frequently, but the last couple of times I been here, they have messed up my order….to the point where it’s very frustrating. Jonald also can work on his customer service skills and can use some extra training on the register, because he is part of the problem as far as orders coming out wrong. I believe he may be ringing them up wrong. Nevertheless, the food is good, just the customer service is starting to decline. Please fix it! It’s not as if the food is “cheap” and if I am paying for some overpriced food I would like for it to be done right and not have to deal with poor attitudes because I want more order fixed.
The food is okay but I've been here 4 times and every time they screw something up. I don't know if it's bad customer service or what but we ordered two plates and each of them had macaroni. One of them looked like it was hours old, congealed cheese and tough pasta and the other one looked like it was completely fresh. The turkey was dry this time too and the green beans were overly seasoned (I liked them but my husband couldn't eat it). The brisket was delicious though as it is every time... possibly the reason I keep going back but unfortunately the price just isn't worth the hassle of the screw ups.
