I ordered online at 4:50 today. I got there at 5:20. was supposed to be ready by 5:30. I went in and rang bell starting at 5:30, no one even acknowledged me. I went and found a young man who was eating and he got my food at 5:47. mgr was no help will not be eating there again. The worst service. if my food is cold I will amend. Shameful.
Staff was friendly and attentive BUT, someone needs to reach our waitress that you don’t reach over the patrons’ food and drinks. Also, pot stickers were over cooked, and the dipping sauce for our (although she ’zapped it, just enough to knock the chill off’ was still a bit too cold. Our table still had crumbs on it when we were seated and the silverware given to us had food stuck on it. The garlic Parmesan traditional wings were the absolute BEST I’ve ever had and so were the whiskey glaze sesame chicken strips.The
The so stopped in today for lunch with my daughter. Hardly any customers but the wait for the food was extremely long. Then my food came out sizzling chicken dish and it was dripping as the waitress brought it over. And the food was swimming in grease. Meanwhile my daughters food was nowhere near to coming out. I asked for a manager but they never came out. Needless to say we didn't eat there. The wait staff was great, I know its not there fault the kitchen had issues. But I did except a manager to come out and try to talk to me.
Arrived and there was no one at the door to check In with to be seated. Once we were seated it took 15-20 minutes before the waitress even addressed us, once our food and drinks were ordered the waitress entered my drink order incorrectly and they attempted to get me to just accept a drink I didn’t order. Then a portion of the food order came out and as I’m typing this review the other portion of the order has not been delivered and it’s been about 15 minutes. The waitress comes over and says the other portion of our order still has not even been prepped yet. I called the manager over to discuss this and she was very nice and understanding and offered to comp items on our ticket which is the only reason I am giving them a 2 as a review
I waited for 15 minutes and nobody ever showed up to take me order. Even though there were barely any tables occupied. So I left and won’t be coming back - ever!
It was dead at lunch time. Should’ve been a sign. Still took more than 5 minutes to get seated. Another 10 to simply place an order and it went even more downhill after that.Food run times were horrible.The ribs were rubbery and when we mentioned that to the waitress her response was, “Yeah we get that a lot”. She then bussed the table even taking the beers that we hadn’t even finished.Sure they comped the appetizer sampler with the ribs but there’s absolutely no way I would ever waste another minute or dollar in this place.
I have always said I wouldn’t create a google account just to leave a review but I guess its time for my first review. Came on Super Bowl Sunday at 7pm and sat at the bar. Wasn’t even busy. I got one drink and wasn’t helped for the next 35 minutes the staff seemed too busy caring about the game (which is cool if they could actually multitask and care about customers at the same time) also it’s $8.50 for a small jack and coke. I now realize why I’ve never been to a TGI Friday and won’t return.
The Food is okay. I had the whiskey sliders. Just awful. The fried shrimp and loaded mashed potatoes were okay. The best thing about this place is they have good waiters. That’s about it. Their food is definitely a fail.
Margaritas taste like ice and water! The waitress said they recently changed how much alcohol they could mix into drinks. Ordered the whiskey glazed skirt steak with onions and peppers. Came out with literally a hunk of meat and a scoop of mashed potatoes. The only saving grace was the steak wasn't over cooked.The bathrooms were disgusting. I won't be returning.
Arrived at 630 or 640 pm. We got seated and we ordered sodas, and ordered an app, never seen waitress again expect once to say sorry about time, finally got app at 720, I got a free mix drink waiting for our entrees that were late that I call the please don't leave free drink that I didn't even get carded for and was gross. when food finally came out around 740pm steak was warm enough to eat all side were cold. I had to go find my waitress to get say something about food. Got replacement For cold food that was pretty sure nuked. And tasted bad. We give up on the food. I did pay for the food. But horrible service. I will note I heard that they only had 4people working but, could have Informed us. 2 waitress rarely checked on us. She talked and asked about free drink and never asked how food was.. Won't be back bad service all around bad. Only ate apps and meat all other food was bad or cold. Don't eat here. I wasn't even busy
