I went through the drive through and the young lady that collected my money was a little rude. I asked her to repeat my order as she spoke a little soft and then she got an attitude when she repeated herself. It's sad as I am hearing impaired and depending on one's tone of voice and if they are not facing me so I can read their lips, I may need something repeated. I will visit again and hope someone different is working the drive through window. This experience caused me to not give their site 5 stars. Otherwise, through food was great!
Staff is pleasant and restaurant is great. I am not a fan of my chicken enchiladas. I had to ask for more sauce because the chicken was dry. Finally got through to the service that the chicken was to dry to eat while debating on whether the mixture on my food was sauce or not (it is some type of sour cream mixture). The food was perfect after that.
I really will give it zero Stars. So yesterday I went ordered chicken and beef fajitas my food was cold. The waiter took my food back microwaved and brought it back to the table. He put the sour cream in the microwave the lettuce and everything else that was on the plate. I asked him is this the same food he was like yeah I warmed up as best as I could and I asked how did you bring back the same food if the food was cold. Needless to say I said oh I'm not eating this and it'll sit here. Someone else in my party order me the same plate it again which was warm. But it had half the food of the first plate. The margarita special I ordered tasted like trash it was gross. The ending bill was 80 bucks Plus 3.65% for using a debit card. Well this is one place I won't be returning to.
We sat near the hostess stand on a non busy weekday night and were greeted quickly with salsa and chips. We then waited 15 minutes for a server to take our order. The chicken enchiladas Al carbon were mediocre and the soft beef tacos were dry, but good. The server never asked if we needed drink refills or how our food tastes.Our server was friendly, but lacked product knowledge and attentiveness.Customer service needs to be improved. This place is employed by teenagers who lacked a sense of professionalism and only seemed to care about talking to each other while standing around the hostess stand. Even when making eye contact they failed to understand the basic idea that we wanted to order food or get our check and leave.
Good food and pleasant atmosphere
I was very pleased with my quesdillias. It was hot and well seasoned! I ordered chicken and a side of rice...my lettuce was fresh too!!
Hello Everyone it has been a while and I have decided to give you all an update on Taquerias Mexico and the service that I received today. I went in around 3 pm (Sunday 02/13/22) and I ordered the large menudo with extra meat. I paid almost $13 for it because they charge extra for using a debit card instead of cash. Nevertheless, when I got home- well let's just say a picture is worth a thousand words (see attached photos and video) Now people tell me PLEASE, does this even look close to being $13 worth of food? And not only that but they say you have to tell them no bone. Now why should any HUMAN BEING have to say no bone?, are we dogs? Well I immediately called the store and spoke to the manager and she had me to bring the menudo back to the store. The managers name was Elsa. Although she was nice her next move SURPRISED the heck out of me!!I THOUGHT she was going to make me a new order, but instead she took the food that I had tampered with back (inside the store) and just added to what I already had. EXCEPT it was dry (no juice at all).It just makes you wonder because with COVID being the way that it is I wonder how safe this place REALLY is as it pertains to returned food.BUYER BEWARE! I wonder if this is a situation for the health department?I know this store has good reviews, but I think maybe its time to seriously take a look at what's happening behind the scenes.
The food and atmosphere are great. Decent prices for the portion sizes. The service is typically great here! But we have had some not so great waitresses.
Just went here for the 2nd time,1st time dining in was a perfect experience fast service and good food. I wish I could say the same for the 2nd visit. I paid $32 dollars for 2 meals and when I got home my order was missing items and my food was not right. I ordered chicken enchiladas (that I paid extra for) and was given some nasty cheese enchiladas I would not recommend ordering food to go but I would recommend eating there so you know that your order is correct!
Paid $40 for 2 meals that were messed up ( wrong meat, missing tortillas, no cheese) When I called just now to let them know and try to correct my order, I got an “oh well” attitude. I can guarantee I won’t be back
