These people need customer care training so badly. God help you if you require a receipt for food delivery that they don't just give you in the drive-thru as they shod. When you go inside, no one has prop training to reprint a simple receipt, except shift supervisor, and he just re-rang the order, but not until making me wait 8min while food got cold, and he was searching through drive thru screens. Always, always stop what you are doing enough to look at and address a customer and make her feel wanted and welcome. Take care of one customer completely, before giving up and moving to next customer, and that will ensure your customer's return.
So I went through and told them that I needed 3 separate orders. The lady on the intercom was extremely rude and said she can only do 2 orders. Then one part of my order was a box meal, and it was just thrown into the bag. I ordered 3 Doritos Locos tacos and they gave me regular crunchy tacos. Both of my quesadillas weren’t even cut, and all the food was cold. My wife went back through later to correct the order, and they gave her a LOT of attitude and told her everything was in the bag and when she told them it was still missing two tacos still, they told her it was all there and that she’d have to take her issues up with the police because they were calling. She sat at the window and waited, and they eventually gave her the tacos, but they were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a Taco Bell in my life. I sincerely hope nobody ever goes back to this location again!
Consistent, fast, and clean. In a hurry, this is the place!Fun fact, Taco Bell meat and other food products are stocked in sealed bags. When used, they are cooked/steamed under high temperature - very steril food in these challenging times. ?
They forgot multiple items off our order and even forgot to cook the chalupas. The messed up part is we were the only vehicle in line. If this location had been busy than sure, maybe I would have understood but this was just lazy.
This location wasn't bad. The food was good for a Taco Bell and the customer service was great.
I eat taco bell alot but this location the food is nasty I went to that location 3 different times and the food is nasty that's the closest one from my house other locations ? keep up the good work thank you I really don't know what they're doing different at the other location but they need help
Employees with earbuds, not paying attention to registers/counter, smoking while on the clock, friends visiting eating other food brought in with them. Masks not worn correctly.Place needed tables wiped down and trash emptied.
Awesome people at the drive thru. Great help you have there.
This place is AWFUL. They are slow. The food is soggy, cold and half the time isn’t even what you ordered. If you come here, you better be able to sit in a line waiting for at LEAST 35-40 minutes for food that you didn’t even order.
Best taco bell I've had in years...it was well prepared but make sure you get wte condiments you ask for my experience ended up being a little short of sauce...but the food tasted like it looks on a tv commercial
