This location has been problematic the last few visits I've made. Sadly, it is one of the few places open late night and has been messing up orders in odd ways so PLEASE DOUBKE CHECK YOUR ORDER THE BEST YOU CAN. I will be going to a different location from now on.Nachos, no tomato, extra everything else and I get a half full nacho platter with not a drop of nacho cheese. Had I not held out all day for dinner and driven across town to get it, I would have thrown it out. Red sauce was added on my own but didnt save the meal.
This location used to be the best in killeen but lately they've been pretty lazy and forgetting items or giving the wrong food. Tonight they completely left out part of our order and gave us chicken chalupas instead of beef when we specified beef in our order. I love taco bell, but I don't love taco bell's chicken. It isn't good at all.
This location has been one of our favorites for some time. We visit here frequently. Several weeks ago we found our food appeared to have been made with little care. There were as many ingredients outside of the wrapper as there were inside. The inside of our to-go bag was an obstacle course of lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cheese, etc. We brushed it off and figured that they might be a little busy, possibly short-staffed, and may be having a bad day. We then had the same experience a few days later. Again we brushed it off. Since then, we have had similar experiences each time we visit with only one exception. This presents a bit of an issue for todays customers. We are expected to understand that the food industry is short-staffed. We do. And we see and hear how a few employees get angry if you complain. And then, at times, do mean things to customers and their food. If there is no longer any quality control or care put in to customers orders, this will become a bigger issue for the business and its customers. Some customers don't want to complain and risk being mistreated or the butt of the 'joke'. They will simply quit patronizing stores where managers and staff are not ensuring quality products. That will not be good for anyone. Here is to hoping that this constructive criticism is well received and quality control is restored.
I handed them a physical list of everything my family wanted to order.They still got the order wrong. We didn't get a single item on the list.
What can I say about Taco Bell that has not been said. Not much lol. You know what you get and yea it's worth it.
I don’t know if it’s a off day or what, but whatever it is you all need to get it together or just go home. Went there today Feb 27, 2022, around 1:30. This use to be a good spot, maybe it’s the sorry a$& workers on this day. People start checking your food or you will get all bread and no meat.
I’m from Killeen and this is the only Taco Bell I go to. I remember in Middle school always walking across the street and going here before a basketball or tennis game to get something to eat. 20 years later…still 5 star service!! The managers and employees are always professional and the food is STILL good! I would recommend
They get two stars bc the lady at the window gave me a large drink for free plus my regular drink . The food was not warm/no sauce packets/no napkins but did get the order correct. They typically mess up something when eating eating there so this isn’t unusual.
Ok that's all I can say about this Taco Bell food was just ok, can b better but, rt now just ok, if u make the food look good I think they will have it, so I must say ? Taco Bell ??
Fast and friendly. They also took special care to get the order right. They even helped when I mistakenly forgot to order part of the order I had, and had to reorder on the app, but the app messed up. This location goes above and beyond in the area of customer service.
