Went here on a Tuesday. I was the first person through the drive thru. Sat there & waited for someone to acknowledge my presence via the sqwack box. After 20 minutes, i looked up there # on google to call them & it stated they were closed! I drove around to the pick up windows & it was dark & empty! They should have at least put a cone in the drive thru or a note on the menu indicating they were closed!
Recently had an issue regarding one of our orders. I adressed it with a young lady ,think her name was nicole?She told me.what i needed to do to be compensated,then took my order ..I was about to express my concern and that id hoped it wasnt about to happen again ...doubt in my.mind .But...i was wrong.The tacos were hot, filled to the top,and for the first time in forever...i didnt finish all of the tacos i usually eat all of and still hungry.I didnt have to say a thing . Sge was efficient,polite,firm on the guidelines she had to follow,and pleasant about itwithout getting nasty or an attitude like we usually are welcomed to..So ,first good review ive written on a fast food place in years.Ill gladly buy my tacos at taco bell again...Thanks guys ,almost lost faith in yall..
Every time I come there and I get Natasha to serve me always such a great experience thank God for that young lady I don't go to no other Taco Bell just because of her I drive all the way across town to your Taco Bell I pass up to all the way over to your to yours just to get there because I know Natasha is going to treat me right with excellent customer service good job way to go keep up the good work
I bought an unusually large order at 2am and felt bad about it. They were slammed as usual and understaffed as expected... my food was hot and freshly made. I got exactly what I ordered all the way down to the amount of sauce packets. The order was so neatly packed and perfect in the bag. I am a really hard critic on here but I will make sure to leave positive feedback when its due. Last nights experience for a taco bell was impeccable. The big guy at the drive thru window also gave great customer service. I'm not sure how you guys are treating your employees over there but somethings obviously working. Management is hitting a homerun.
It's not the fastest, fast food service, but my order was correct and the kids liked thier food. The drive-thru staff could be friendlier, or at least don't appear irritated or annoyed when you pop out the window.
I've usually never had any issues here. But I guess this is what an order of nacho fries looks like now. You get half fries, half cheese, and no, there were none in the bag. I got more taco sauce than fries. I was told there would be a wait on fries. I'd rather wait than have them skimp on everyone to make time. I'm a patient person. I just wanted nacho fries.
I ordered the box from Taco Bell and this is what I received, the first photo is how they “wrapped” my food. If you look at the other two photos anyone can see plain as day there was barely any meat. It was basically condiments and veggies! I was also missing an item as well from my order. Never going to Taco Bell again absolutely terrible.
I get off work late and usually hungry by the time i get home. Justin T and his late night crew took care of my order and they were amazing. Food was hot and fresh. Service was spot on. I ordered black beans at 130am and I knew it was a long shot but wasn't turned away. Thank you guys so much. You guys rock!! 3/12/2022
Was pretty good, I like this location the most in town. Never had any issues with them
Went through the drive through around 9:15, no cars ahead of me. Ordered a crunch wrap meal, and an addition side of rice. Got the food in a reasonable amount of time, all the food was hot and the soda was carbonated.The side of rice I received is actually pitiful to look at, I normally always get sides of rice and they have always been filled to the top. This looks like two tablespoons worth of rice and there is a big black crisp of burnt something mixed into the rice.If your running low on rice, take it off the menu.
