Update!!! Yet again I would give it a 0 the only reason they get a star is because the employee James goes above and beyond for his regular customers as well as new customers. We find ourselves only stopping if he is working. The employees mumble under their breathes. When issues are addressed with the order the manager doesn’t get back to you.If I could do a 0 for the review I would. The lady was rude as hell. She didn’t know you can do any sub as a wrap. Not a problem but she made it seem like she was irritated that they are busy. I’m sorry but it is a military town and it is around 5pm... not impressed with this visit. Only going to come when certain people are working they seem nicer!
Seem to be running out of stuff when we got there. no bread was read . No it was not closing time.
The food is great but the employees take very long to make the food , mainly during the evening shifts. The day shifts aren’t really bad.
Finally a subway, that doesn’t mess up your order, or forget items when you get it delivered. Love this place. Even got the cookies ha
The last couple of times coming here to this location, we had put in an online order and they never had my orders ready. This last time my order was supposed to BE READY at 20:05 hrs (8:05pm). Again, had to wait for my order to be made all late. They started making my order at 20:16 hrs and at 20:24, finally got my order handed to me. These 5 workers act busy taking their sweet time making sandwiches, but they are really being lazy. Not so professional to me at all and unexceptable, especially if there are a total of 5 sandwich makers.
Store was clean staff was very friendly Food was DELICIOUS ? Our sandwiches were fresh and made EXACTLY like I love em? ????

Terrible customer service and terrible experience here while trying to get a platter made. White male, red hair made it a point to say he couldn’t make a sandwich platter without 24 hours notice meanwhile they’re all literally standing around doing nothing . He couldn’t make the platter so we had him make the 5 sandwiches, then asked for them to be put on the platter just to lay them out then all the sudden he said “ I have to charge you the platter price”.!!!!!!!! YOU COULD OF MADE THE PLATTER TO BEGIN WITH YOU WERENT DOING ANYTHING! I don’t understand why subway needs 24 hours notice when half of the stores only ever have 1-2 people in them at a time. Is it really that hard? Terrible experience and never coming here again. You all need to reevaluate your policies.
