I ordered curbside today because I had a baby in the car with me. I went on the app and let them know I have arrived. I had to park on the other parking area on the side of the building because the front parking was full. I parked right on the side to where I can clearly see the door and they can see me if they just opened it to look out because I’m only about 10 steps away to the left, but No one came out. On the app it clearly says “please stay in your car so the worker can find you” After 10 min, I called three times and no one picked up. 15 min later I walked in and there were no customers inside only the 2 workers just sitting down. One was on her phone in the corner and the other was this Hispanic lady was so rude to me. I said ma’am I’ve been out there for 15 mins and no one brought my food out. She started raising her voice at me and asked where did I park and I told her right on the side but you can clearly see my car if you came out because I’m right there. She said well you’re supposed to park right here in the front. First of all, there was a red line that says no parking it was for fire emergency only. Second, there was no curb side pickup sign anywhere so how was I to know that’s where I’m supposed to go. Instead of apologizing, she swung the bag of food at me and told me to take my food and get out. I was trying to tell her that if you just peaked your head out the door, you would see that I’m right there to the left just a few steps from the door. But she was so rude and unapologetic and not to mention unprofessional by yelling. I asked for a manager and she told me no one was there until Monday. I don’t know why they have curbside pickup if no one wants to even peak out the door to see where the customer is parked. Will NEVER order from this place again. They need better people who actually do their jobs instead of someone who won’t even open the door to see where the customer is after marking that I have arrived
Great atmosphere and Subs. My family and myself has enjoyed the subs over the last two days. Employees are really nice and professional...
The three young females “working” informed me that, after all driving up together and getting out of the same vehicle, the store was closed so that they could eat their own lunch. They then walked inside, shut & locked the door, turned off all the lights and disappeared in to the back. This is at 1:11 PM on a Monday afternoon.
WOW the Morning lady was Rude and had attitude I haved worked at subway before and God this is soo awful, working standards have gone so dreadful, my sandwich was flawless most utterly to perfection but work Ethics were detestable, execrable
The night staff was outstanding ? ? 1st of all we came in around 1030pm and they were closed but forgot to lock the doors. The team that night still served us; they were polite and made our sandwiches as if the store just opened ?
This is the worst subway I have ever eaten at in my entire life, I've lived in 3 states, 2 countries and have traveled around the world. This was single handedly the worst sandwich that I have ever eaten in my life, to call this revolting abomination a sandwich was an insult to all other sandwiches. The pickles actually tasted like catfish bait, the spinach was like soggy wet dirt with green food coloring. The peppers were poorly cut and rotten. I made the awful mistake of ordering the flat bread, which was literally worse than MRE Snack Bread. The olives were old and slimy, the sauce was watery and disgusting. I wouldn't feed this sandwich to a starving man, because the taste alone would kill him. Now let's move on to the smell, imagine a sack of rotting onions with old ketchup soaked on it, topped with a gym sock and a pound of actual human waste on top of it. I hated it, I absolutely hated every single bite, the only reason I ate it was out of pure spite. This Subway should be shut down and treated like Chernobyl. This sandwich left me with nothing but unfiltered rage, grief and disgust. I would consider vomiting but then I would have to taste the sandwich a 2nd time. Absolutely terrible.
Disappointed this time a worker that she want to be over smart with every one no ma'am you don't have to.... keep your attitude at home then you are able to work some where I use to stop by there every time but this time it was so Disappointed because of a over smart lady worker every one have complained about you because you are a rude person please train some of your workers don't be rude without any reason on that you gonna lose your regular costumer
The people in this store cannot follow online instructions. I literally begged in the special instructions...please toast the sandwich...no where near a toaster. An egg sandwich cold.So here is an update from 11/20/21I ordered an egg sandwich. So the young lady who is clearly 10 months pregnant has a full on attitude. I’m sorry that you can not hear me through my mask. I’m also sorry that you have to work right until your due date but that’s not the customers fault. I will be contacting corporate.
They’re super slow, we place an order, 25 min later and I’m still waiting ??And the funny part is that was only one person in front of me ?
Placed an order for 5:10pm. 5:30 rolled up and I still hadn’t received my curbside order. They said I had to park on the literal curb. That’s a fire code violation. I’ve never had to park on the literal curb at any other location. I parked in the parking space closest to the store, first one across the door. I’ve done that MANY times before at THIS location with no problem. I even called the store multiple times to tell them I was outside with no response. On the first 25 minutes I went in and asked for my order and was dismissed, saying they’d bring it out. After a total of 45 minutes I woke up my sleeping baby and went in and asked for a refund. I was made to wait an extra 15 minutes till the manager felt like helping me. Horrible customer service.
