Don't go to drive thru window because they never check to see if anyone is there unless you honk your vehicle's horn. I went inside but my mobile order was not ready on time so I sat and waited instead of standing to watch them make my order but, I wish I hadn't because both sandwiches I ordered were NOT made correctly. One wasn't even the kind I ordered at all as if the ticket wasn't read at all and they just threw them together with whatever. I shouldn't have to unwrap and check before leaving and I didn't have the time to by then anyway.This isn't the 1st time this location has let me down. Managment really needs to address all employees about efficiency.
I always get a great sandwich at Subway but the staff at this particular location was extremely friendly!

My husband and I went here for lunch I got a Subway Club he got a Italian b.m.t. always good and we got some cookies great lunch thank Subway?
The staff greeted me and other customers as soon as I enter also the tuna sandwich was delicious

Horrific customer service DO NOT eat here! Called over to make an online order mind you I live some odd less than 5 minutes away from this establishment. I proceeded to talk to a young lady over the phone tonight and she hung the phone up on me after insisting they were closed and I asked how were they closed if their closing time is technically at 10pm.. She then hung up. I called back to speak to a supervisor, she told me there was no supervisor. I asked for her supervisors name she was insistent on not giving that information out to me. She then hung the phone up again, after I repeatedly asked for her supervisors name. This was honestly so ridiculous! I will stick to the Fort Hood St Subway, I’d love for the supervisor of this girl to re-train on proper phone etiquette and customer service skills.

I did a online order and she didn't read the instructions, didn't male my sandwich like I wanted to. If I wanted to have a cold sub, I would've gone to jersey mikes
I ordered a flatbread six inch veggie delight and it was a hot mess, I ordered a spinach wrap veggie delight it was worst then a hot mess couldn't even pick it up to eat too had to eat with a fork when I got hi one ordered a ft long sweet chicken sandwich and it was a hot mess my sister had to eat with a fork . Never again will I go eat subway . I should just get my money back .
