Drive through employees at this location are rude! Instead of scolding me about how "I'm messing up your timer" maybe try to find a polite way to let me know what you need from me for things to run smoothly. Customer service isn't about the customer always being right, but it definitely is about treating customers kindly! I will spend my money elsewhere if this is the attitude I will be met with at this location.
Is fine some of the time, but will put lemonade in my refresher a good chunk of the time when I ask for it to be made with water only. When I bring it up as it's being handed to me since I can tell from the color that is made with lemonade, I am typically argued with that that is the color the drink is supposed to be. I order this drink daily at several different Starbucks across the states and have never had this issue and blatant disregard for my concerns.
Poor customer service. I just left this location and dealt with a nasty worker who was working the drive thru window, I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a tye dye shirt. From the moment I order my drinks she had an attitude. She corrected me on everything I was ordering till the point I cancel one of my drinks and just asked for the two strawberry Frappuccino for my children. When I get up to the window she just hands me one drink, I told her I ordered two. She got an attitude, grabbed my cash from my hand and slammed the drive window shut. She then opened the window handed me my cash then slammed it shut again. As the other worker was making my daughters drink you can tell she was talking about me to her. She then opened the window and handed me my drink with a nasty look on her face. As I’m driving away my daughter tastes her drink and it was watery and gross, didn’t taste like my sons strawberry Frappuccino. In the 4 years that I’ve been coming to this location I have never dealt with someone so nasty. News flash if you don’t like your job find something that doesn’t deal with customer service.
I live literally right around the corner from this store, and I love my morning coffee. I mainly do online ordering because of the busyness of this location. I am pretty simple when ordering - iced coffee, 6 pumps classic and 6 pumps of another syrup such as toffee nut, or caramel (Or one of the seasonal flavors) and a splash of heavy cream. You would think this would be super sweet, but not at all. The baristas choose when they want to add all of these ingredients. I almost always end up with bitter coffee because they don't put the classic in my coffee. It has happened so many times that I expect it. And God forbid you call them or take the coffee back for them to fix it. The store owner is beyond rude, the on duty managers are the exact same way. I have called Starbucks corporate and nothing has ever changed with this store. I know for a fact it is this store because I can order this same exact drink somewhere else and they get it right every time! And I know, go to the other store then, but that is inconvenient. Why cant you make my drink the way I order it? Why do you have an attitude about my concern?
My favorite Starbucks when I'm visiting my sister! They have been without caramel sauce for a while but many Starbucks stores are in that predicament. They are always very sweet and always have my mobile order ready no matter if I go through the drive thru or in the store.
Ordered two of the same drink, one is filled and the other is missing an inch and a half. Paid 17$ for my cup to not be filled all the way. ( i didnt ask for light ice ) they also forgot to put the drizzle on the not filled one which i also paid extra for. I normally never complain about things like this but this is about the 5th time they have messed up my order.
They got my order wrong. Instead of just giving me my drink, they said I was wrong and then gave me my correct order but only 3/4 full.
My order wasn't what I thought and they fixed it even though I made the mistake!The people were so friendly even though they were very busy they took the time with me. Starbucks is pretty generic but this one is special because of the people who work there ❤️
If I could give this location a zero I would. The worst customer service I've ever received AND this location is out of most syrups, along with many other items including straws. And don't ask them to repeat what they are out of because you will get yelled at! Don't go here, go somewhere else if you can for a while till they get their stuff together. Don't waste your time or money just to get treated like an inconvenience. Imagine going to a coffee shop and asking for coffee. What nerve I have!!
Made my coffee perfect which is a chore, I am a picky Karen when it comes to my iced shaken expresso with a myriad of additives. Got it right the first time. Super friendly. Clean lobby and nice Christmas music.
