Love this one even though it's a little out of the way. Have rarely had an issue and lines don't take so long. Traffic around this area during breakfast lunch and quitting time sometimes make it a hassle to get out but I go thru McDonald's parking lot to get to Ft Hood street rather than play chicken or depend on someone letting me cross traffic.
I’m always on the go and use mobile ordering on the app. I always allow plenty of time between ordering and when I get there as this location can often get busy depending on the time of day. I always walk in to pick it up as it’s faster than waiting in the drive thru, and the staff are always very nice and will greet me by name. There is one staff member I also see quite often and he’s always polite and pleasant, remembers my order and always greets me by my name. I believe he may be a manager, his name is Quentin, and is usually there everytime I order. Quentin and the rest of the staff are always so nice. It’s always nice going in and saying hi.

Ordered in the drive-thru. It went fairly quickly, the staff was very pleasant. Whoever made our drinks (caramel frappe, and Chai latte) did a GREAT JOB. I was coming in from out of town (to visit my mom for her bday) surprised her with MYSELF and A CARAMEL frappe ? she hadn't had one in so long...she looked like a kid sipping it. Thanks for making it just right!
I always get a pink drink at Starbucks and there’s never been a problem until now. I was close to being done with my drink and i suddenly look in it and saw something black so I decide to see what it was and I pick it up and it was a bug or insect of some sort. I’m so disgusted!!!
Wasn't prepared for the cash or gift card only situation that was happening but was perfect otherwise!! We were in town visiting family and this location was very friendly and fast. The staff was great and patient with our large order.
they literally never make my drink right wether i place a mobile order or i go order it at the register LMAO ??? last time i was there, i had to tell homegirl that it was missing all of the customizations on the receipt… but the workers are really nice and this is a cute location :)
This location majority of the time are out of something for days - weeks on end. They have only made my drink correctly once.
Fast service friendly polite staff working especially at the drive through window.
Don't understand why the seem to always be out of Peppermint. I love my Peppermint mochas
