Normally don't have any issues when the blonde chick is there and I order online. Today, went through the drive thru and my drink is disgusting. I turned around, went inside and explained. I do not know what they put in my drink, but its simple. Venti mocha frap. No extras, no different things to do. Just no whip. Thats all I ask. When I explained it tasted like there wasnt any sweetner in it, they looked at me like I was dumb. I order this drink at least 3 times a week. That's $6.22 three times a week. And all they did was add 2 more pumps of chocolate to the new one. It obviously still doesn't taste good nor the same. I just paid $6.22 for a drink that I'm not drinking because its disgusting. I will not go back to this store. I'll drive out of my way, and try another one to call my home store. I do not appreciate that I spend money and am not taken seriously, and to the little girl who made my drink WRONG TWICE, I do believe you need to be retrained and to learn to school your facial features when I customer comes in and complains because YOU messed up.

The barista Jackie had made my drinks and when I called to ask if I could get them remade. Her words where” I made them myself so I know theirs nothing wrong” when we came inside I got rude looks and eye rolls. The manager did not check and see if she was making them correctly even getting them remade they are still incorrect watery frothy and milk Will not be coming to this one again

This location does not represent Starbucks well. The staff is not friendly or helpful. Was told by drive-through not to assume someone’s gender when I said thank you ma’am. Today’s visit my tea was leaking from the lid due to the tea wicking out of the cup through the tea string. Asked for another cup and the drive-through was disgruntled. Took the lid off the cup to try to fix the strings and the tea spilled all on the inside of my car. The drive-through attendant did not offer napkins so I could soak up the spill, he just looked at me impatiently.

It’s not my day. I was order caramel Frappuccino Grande, I don’t know why to become this ??? VT size ? Latte with caramel syrup??? Is my pronunciation issues or the coworker just type wrong??? This is not first time they give me wrong order…

Ordered a mocha frappe and It’s over blended barely any ice.. just liquid. I guess it’s what I get for not going to the Starbucks on fort hood st, the one I usually go to. Never making that mistake again.

Quick service! The staff is very professional and fully attentive. This store never messed up my orders. This store is highly recommended! ??

Horrible customer service charge me twice for the Coffee I ordered. Call back trying to get a refund they said they were too busy to even speak to me on the phone. Give me managers phone number they can’t even leave a voicemail.

I made a boo boo, drove passed the speaker too far + was unable to place my order. The car behind me already moved up..uh oh. I got to the window & was greeted with “you didn’t stop at the speaker”. I apologized + explained I’m tried, pregnant & just accidentally pulled too far. I was told “let me ask my manager what we can do”. I didn’t think it would be a huge issue to place my order still. She came back & asked how large my order was..I said 2 drinks. So she agreed to take my order. I thanked her & waited. It was VERY clear the manager & others were irritated with me. One man (pretty sure the manager) kept saying “make her loop back and wait in line again..it’s already been 9 minutes”..among other rude comments. I was asked to pull forward + wait. I said no problem + waited about 12 min. The girl who took my order brought it out. I apologized again + thanked her. She apologized for her manager & coworkers being upset..blamed it on being busy/backed up all day. I let her know that I understood the frustration, but also heard the rude comments + won’t be back to this location..and thanked her again. She said she was sorry to hear that.Bottom line: I was made to feel so horrible for a simple error..and was treated like a huge inconvenience. Management and others had no problem loudly making comments. So rude. This is NOT good customer service.

Customer service was great, no complaints. Only four stars because the strawberry frap tasted a bit flat. I had a raspberry mocha cap and mine was a bit off as well.

Asked for whip cream didn't get it..asked for 2 pumps extra vanilla didn't taste like it had it....I payed 8.00 for a cup of coffee I couldn't drink...very unhappy will never return to this location
