honestly the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. my coffee is perfect every time and they’re always super nice.
The tall Hispanic looking male working at the drive-thru window was so extremely rude. I've been to tons of Starbucks and never have I had such horrible treatment like here.
This is my favorite store. The employees are ALWAYS so nice, professional, and friendly. They make it a point to smile, even through their masks, and interact with each customer. In times where everyone seems so stressed, this store seems like a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this store!
The lobby is closed inn quite a few occasions. They weren't opened/prepared on time to serve. Not sure what's going on, but they really need to fix the problem if they want to thrive as a business and serve the public.
My family and I were the only ones in line waiting to order and it took one of the four people working, 2 minutes to say anything to us. That was frustrating in itself. I was really friendly to the young women, but she was so rude and short with me. She was asking for my order but not actually listening and I had to repeat myself twice and she still got the order wrong. So she had to fix it. Then when I got my drinks back she got Carmel ALL OVER the cup. It honestly felt intentional. This was the absolute worst service I have ever gotten from here.
My husband and I come here often to get coffee before work and every time we go we always receive the absolute BEST customer service! The people who work there always have a positive attitude and vibes! Definitely one of the best in Killeen.
VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!!! Always a pleasure to walk in and be greeted with such a friendly smile. Nice relaxing atmosphere with soft jazz and nice coffee aroma!
My favorite one in Killeen... I've been to the one on clear creek and the one located on post NOT IMPRESSED. If I can't make it to this one I won't go or wait til I get to Austin
The team here are practically family now. If you come here any kind of frequently, you know what I mean. The manager, Chris, is out of this world and builds his team to boost morale and friendliness. They're always looking to get to know their customers. I love coming here just for the environment he's built.
I should have written a review years ago! I love it here - it's almost like Cheers! Chris and Athena are so friendly that every time I come in they greet me by name and ask how I'm doing. Athena also knows me by drink type! This is probably the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to - or any coffee shop for that matter. Some of their new recruits are starting to follow their lead and it's so nice.
