Waited 20 minutes for my order. No problem, that means they’re making it fresh, right? NOPE!!! They brought out a soggy on the brink of tearing bag of mushy mozzarella sticks. Really? She proceeded to hand it to me, and I said these are cold. She responded would you like to wait 15 minutes while we make you a fresh batch? Ummm, yes! A whole 35 minutes later I was able to drive off with the mozzarella sticks. As for how they taste, I didn’t try them. Purchased to bring home for the kids’ snack. Question of the day, would I come back here? NOPE! I’ll go to the one in Belton. Fresh, hot and they don’t take all night to make mozzarella sticks.
I ordered the hot fudge sundae with extra fudge and extra bananas. I think i should just stick to McDonald’s sundae its made proportionally. Sonic puts fudge at bottom then a giant glob of ice cream with a small amount of fudge on top with a few bananas.i didn’t get the extra fudge that is truly needed with all that ice cream. i wish they would put a layer of fudge in between the layer of ice cream.i tried this twice at two different locations. Not impressed.
Took over 15 mins for a sonic blast, slushee, sprite. I had to cancel my order. I wait 10 mins in drive thru. Every time they came to my car( 3 different girls) they was bringing out different orders. Like I got 3 drinks, how hard is it too make them. This will be my last experience with this sonic, last time they forgot my kids meal and pretzel. I try to give them another chance. But I will not be going here. Go to ws Young or Stan Schlueter sonic, they are nice, speedy, friendly
Ok our burgers tasted old and the lettuce was old, wilted and brown. The fries were burned up and old. We order our burgers with toasted bread and they gave us some old bread that I guess was pre toasted. It was so dry, omg. This is the only sonic I've gone to that is so horrible. The only thing that's ever right is the cheese sticks.
Ordered a foot long coney and received 2 burned hot dogs. Waste of money!
Food is hot, staff is friendly and service is fast. It is very clean inside and outside.
Waited extra long for online order, slush had “slushed” out the top. I asked the young girl for napkins and she said, “oh, I dont have any. Well, go get some please! And when I specifically requested no mustard, they realized they messed up the order but wiped it instead of changing the bread or simply, remaking it. No napkins were brought out.. smh.. the guy with the braids was cool and personally remade the burger and brought napkins though. Be aware of 5650 E Central Texas Expy, Killeen, TX.
My food was delicious, but it took three times to get my completed order. I will continue to patronize, but I want them to do better.
Someone burnt the onion rings they were too hard to chew and enjoy....My Sister.and I spent $48 and some change. My grilled chicken burger was dipped in cheese ordered it without cheese. The pretzels were ordered without salt. They had salt. The bacon on my brother's burger was burnt to a crunchy crisp. He could not chew them. And the chicken strips were cooked very hard as well. I have a question? What actually did we pay $48 for?
Have the portion sizes gotten smaller? The food was good but my burrito was not as filling as usual. Also my tater tots were cold.
