Wow. Wow. Wow. Terrible service. I am literally sitting in my car right now watching the runners walk super slow, while looking confused and taking their time approaching cars. I understand everyone has bad days but this is ridiculous. The kiosk said that my food was on the way and yet I'm still waiting 15 minutes later. Terrible. Would not recommend coming here for a night time snack.
Great service! Friendly carhop and drinks is always perfect
This is my a go-to stop for breakfast before work, ordered the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Toaster and the Bacon was so burnt it was inedible. I was already at work at the time, I attempted twice to call them and neither time was the phone answered. I decided to return to the store and was greeted by an employee who was very rude when I asked for a manager or supervisor; however the supervisor remedied the mistake by remaking the sandwich. The 1 star is partially for having to return and mainly for dealing with the attitude of the employee.
STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL. I ORDERED 4 SONIC BLAST AND ONLY 2 OF THEM CAME OUT CORRECT. WHEN I ADDRESS THE PROBLEM TO THE STAFF HE SAID "WELL GIVE IT TO ME. AND I ASK WHY WAS I GIVEN DIFFERENT ICE-CREAM WITH MY ORDER. HE DIDNT HAVE A CARE IN THE WORLD. I'M NOT SURE IF HE WAS THE MANAGER. BUT I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. AN I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SONIC.
If I could give zero stars, I would. To start, I’ve never been to this location and gotten a correct order. I’m not talking about a minor mistake…multiple times full meals were missing. Then when I tell the staff they forgot something in my order they treat me like I’m inconveniencing them. Maybe get the order right the first time? Then tonight we ordered chicken strips for my kids and they have definitely been sitting out all day. By far the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Save yourself the headache and drive to copperas cove instead
First let me start with the staff. All rude don't know how to speak to there customers respectfully. They make you feel like there only there for a paycheck and don't care bout the customers satisfaction. Simply ordered a Reese's blast and took the kid many attempts to get it correct. My blast wasn't even full and I ordered a large didn't come up to the rim. Then only had Reese's on top and the rest was simply ice cream. I'll never go there again gave them many attempts but this is it!!!!!!!
Hello, I recently came by and ordered a Medium Oreo Blast.Now, I used to work at this exact Sonic and left around mid October.My carhop was pleasant but the product itself was less than satisfactory on the pure basis that it was not filled to correct portion sizing and was not blended to actually mix the oreos into the icecream.The only reason, I am giving it 3 stars is because of the carhop. I could tell they were not feeling the shift but they pushed aside their personal feelings and made sure to keep it business.
I know people have issues with our sonic but they always take care of me..the carhops are the best, personable and friendly. Sure the get my order wrong but I order for 8 they always fix it..our sonic is by far the best.

Every time you go there are only 5 stalls open out of the 30 they have and the drive thru is always backed up. I turn right around every time I go. No point in staying if I have to use drive thru on every trip.
