Came by after a playdate to sit on the patio and have lunch. The staff was rude to not only myself but to the other party with me. We were also instructed that the patio was for ordering only and we could not eat at the tables. The other staff having lunch were eating at the tables but I guess they are not for guest.No matter what restaurant/fast food establishment I go to, I expect friendly service. This is not a place that appreciates their customers. We'll continue to go to places like Chick-fil-A when we're done with our play dates in the future.
Very poor service, girl that took order didn't listen and kept getting order completely wrong. 3 girls were inside giggling, on there cell phones. Just wasn't concerned with customer service at all. Before I drove off, kept waiting for someone to collect pay for order. No one never did respond. I could have driven off and not even cared but I'm not that way so I had to press the button to get someone's attention to ask if they wanted to collect payment or was our orders free. Someone finally came out to get the money. Although we should have have gotten it free due to the poor service but I wouldn't have slept that might knowing I didn't take the initiative for them tovreceive payment.
I'm here right now and I ordered a pick up order and then manager Damien has refused to provide good service. He put a piece of a tomato on a sandwich I took two bites of before I realize that and then refused to make it or just bring a tomato. gave me cold tater tots which were waiting when I came 15 minutes earlier and was sitting waiting for my order for 15 minutes when it was already done and I eventually had to get up and press the button in the patio to get the order.might not matter that much but I came to try the new bacon bacon theme Burger and the Red Bull slush now I won't be returning for any summer new additions
The hop lady came out explained the ap to me told me what to do for the buy one get one free when I did it her way the system according to the manager only rang me up for one so now I can not get the other money. He won't fix it at all even though one of his workers gave me wrong information so now we don't have the buy one get one free deal my kids wanted. Smh rhats not right when they told us it was all good so then we should have both our coneys
Drove to this Sonic to give you our business. Had to use the restroom so i walked over to where they are located and to my surprise "Employees only was posted on the doors. Seriously? Customers should not encounter this. My opinion is Laziness so they wont have to do any extra work cleaning. I will decide if i return to this location. I am treating this like restaurants who dont have their lobbys open. No business from me.
I especially like the one close to Rosewood ❤ The food is always hot, and I have never had any complaints
When I received my food I didn't check it till I got to work. I bought the chicken basket meal. The fries were extremely soggy and looked as though they had been sitting out. The bread was burned. And they gave less than half of the container of gravy. Only thing that I could eat for lunch was the onion ring and chicken. Not sure what was going on that they brought a meal out like this because it was not busy when I went. I will not return to this one on stan schlueter.
If you’re pregnant af and need food and a bathroom break, DO NOT stop here. Their bathrooms are “employee only” and when you ask they get rude about it. At least we got our food quickly so we could go else where.
Went to get food placed order wasn't told that I had to wait 10 minutes for tenders. Once I got the order the tenders were the only thing that was fresh, my burger was cold and the tots were cooked twice it was horrible never eating there again
