This particular one has been around long as I can remember.It's the oldest 1 bit still has great service & foods on Point.Dare I say, I don't think in the 20-25yrs going to this location they've ever messed up my order.
I went there and purchased through my app the bacbac burger, Mozzarella cheese sticks, and a route 44 sweet tea.Well, when I got home my burger looked as if they threw it together to give to a dog. My top bun was saturated with a red sauce and bun all broken up, and I took it of and toasted a slice of bread. But even then I couldn't eat it, because it was terribly salty. The cheese sticks were terrible as well. The only thing that was good was the Route 44 Sweet Tea. I don't recommend the bacbac burger.
We come a lot...and I decided sonic has an app I would bring my child sonic for lunch. I ordered on the app and when I got there to pickup the app said I wasn't there yet. It told me I was 8 minutes away and was directing me to drive further down Rancier. I had to hurry to get food to the school for my child so I ordered again. The app refused to let me check in and I thought it may have been my error...but I don't have the time to waste. So I took the new order to the school and checked the address..I ordered on app for this location and arrived to this location. The error on the app cost me more than $20. I messaged Sonic two ways and did not get a response or any refund. It was disappointing.
This place needs a quality check on the food. Not only was my food cold but even my bun was not toasted. Every time we order it never gets made properly French fries were cold and stale onion rings were hard and burnt not to mention I paid over 20$ for two meals and can’t even eat all of it this is getting out of hand.
I wish I hadn't waited until I got home to check my order. It's usually great, but this particular visit, my food wasn't fresh looking nor hot. The tenders were dark (not golden) and the tots were stiff, like they had been sitting. The server was very kind, courteous, and pleasant. My only assumption about today's experience is that it was a bit busy and that may have been the cause for the lack, although inexcusable.
man i love sonic lol but please please please make sure you guys give the right sauces. i don't wanna be that person lol but i'm pregnant so, it's ok lol. but i asked for ranch with my mozzarella sticks it's even on my receipt and they gave me marinara sauce.
My last visit after having a car hop swipe my gift card at another stall, and charge me an extra 3.00 IN CASH for my 16.97 purchase (although the gift card had 20.00) Please don't do this to others! Some of us work hard for our money.
They nerfed most of the drinks they used to make, now the best you can get for a decent price is a slushy type of drink during their happy hours. Comparable to any slushee drink at 7-11.
Ordered a shake, a drink and an ice cream cone. Was waiting about 15 minutes before having to hit the call button, we were informed that they had forgotten to put our order in smh
Tried the new Double meat grilled cheese. Really good.
