The staff at this location needs to teach the staff at Harker Heights about Proper customer service and Correct Smoothie making procedures.Everytime I get a Smoothie from Killeen location, my Smoothie tastes excellent...

Easy process and smoothies done to order
Decent smoothies at an ok price point. They do seem to be using the lobby for storage which makes it feels very off but I doubt many people choose to drink their Smoothie there.
Drinks sat on counter by register a few minutes waiting for someone to come along and hand them to me. line 4 cars deep.
