Fast service, quality food even though it was an off hour, got the Mac daddy and a grown man for my wife. The fries were surprisingly good, I expected regular salted fries but they use and herb salt mixture and rough cut fries. The burger tasted great as it was, didn't need any condiments other than it came with! Would recommend as a top burger spot in killeen. We need more food like this.
The Burger was so good. Food came in a reasonable time frame. The restaurant is clean and with friendly service. I ordered The Queen (s):I have had chicken sandwiches before but it was so tender and juicy and the breading was amazing the vegetables were so fresh and the fries were crispy not greasy and with good flavor. They put a little bit of parsley on them which gave it a great touch and taste. Parsley also is good for aiding digestion. All in all a 5 star experience.
Got the double patty combo meal with everything on it.Fries are pretty good.Everything was hot.My burger had a long black hair in it.I won’t even fault them that hard on it. It’s gross but I won’t totally hold it against the restaurant.But the burger just wasn’t that great(after I removed the hair). I put some salt and pepper on it to liven it up a bit but still really bland.
Everything is great, only problem is that the website does not let you know if they are open or not. And if you order delivery the payment will go through but there is no way of contacting them to cancel it. Lost $20 because it did not tell me it was close please fix that.
Delicious had the cheesy politician. Made fresh and very tasty.
Just picked up lunch for my granddaughter and I at the Cove location and once again it was outstanding! Burger was delicious and the fries are the best in town and the service was amazing. This is why I look forward to always going back!
So I own 2 smokers and cook at home with my wife daily in the kitchen and in the back yard. I am a HUGE burger, wing and sauce connoisseur and simply good burger not only had the best burgers in Central Texas but the best burgers I've had out of every state that I've ever visited...and I'm a regular traveler, if you are in central Texas and don't stop by simply good burger, YOU ARE MISSING OUT!(also have amazing garlic fries)
The name tells it all SIMPLY A GOOD BURGER ?. First time and they most definitely understood the assignment. MAC DADDY... is the bomb. My family and I enjoyed. We will be returning for more. Best burger we ever had.
Ordered from here for the first time thinking it would be good because of all the good reviews and I got 4 Mac daddy combos for dinner for the family ended up with BURNT fries and burgers with a piles of dried Macaroni noodles.. wth? Burger was not good and patty had absolutely NO flavor whatsoever! Not one person enjoyed their food! Paid over $60 bucks if this nonsense and how I have to purchase more food from somewhere else so we can actually eat and enjoy our food. Disgusting and overpriced! Will NEVER eat from here again!
Amazing place! It’s a food truck but great. They have a picnic table outdoors but mostly you’d ether eat in the car or take homeI came last week and had the Boss Hog! Huuuuge burger!
