Really good. I just wish they had more donuts that did not have icing covering them. otherwise there are normal donuts for people that aren't trying to restrict.We like it better than other donut shops

Hmmmm.... I love donuts! Although Shipley's is my 2nd favorite in the entire US...... it deserves a 5⭐️
The doughnuts here give me immediate heartburn, I think its the sanitizer they use to clean the donut trays.. I've been to other donut places in Killeen, one right down the street from my house and have NO PROBLEMS. They get 3 stars for variety, and cleanliness. And every Shipleys too I get heartburn, its definitely something they're using with or on the food/equipment.

donuts and hot chocolate are great, but the service was not good at all. She looked like she didn't want to be there, plus she didn't even pay attention to my son when he asked for his donut, and we were the only ones there
These have to be some of the worst donuts I've ever had. The texture is so chewy and rubbery. Walmart donuts that aren't even fresh tastes better than these.
