I’m totally disgusted not only is the food not all that they charge so much for nothing . I ordered oxtail dinner for $15 and brown stew chicken small for $6.99 sat down and ate . Then went back up to order another plate the same plate to go and the cashier said I’m sorry my mistake I was supposed to charge more so now the oaxtails $19.00 and the stew chicken double the price in the same day saying after 2 pm the price change . This is my 2nd visit here and the same exact thing happened again. You all need to get it together how the price change increased for the same food and your always apologizing have it in writing the cut off time with the exact price . That’s not how you run a honest business
Ordered the oxtail plates which were so delicious!!! Had a very pleasant experience overall.
Got a large plate of jerk chicken. Flavor was so good I almost started crying. The portions were good and the staff was friendly. Definitely will be coming here again.
Looks good but it isn’t I spent 19.45 on this very unseasoned oxtails sauce is burned. I’m very unhappy
I love this place. Veggie patties are the best. I ordered jerk chicken and jerk pork with the veggie patty but I forgot to take a pic ?
Food taste was great, customer service was excellent but the food was to expensive for the amount of food that you get, specially on the chicken.
I haven’t visit this place in a long time. I thought I’ll give it another try as I’m trying to support black businesses since the pandemic. Now I remember why I stopped going to start with. The portion size is not worth the price. I understand everything cost more now but dang the food portion should reflect the price. I spoke with the cook might be the owner, I don’t know, was told I don’t have to come here and I agree. I’m not going back. Positive note- the food is ok and the cashier was welcoming and nice!
Portions of meat was super small for a $18 dollar plate. There was only enough met to fill the small side of the container.I basically got a cabbage plate with a side of meat. Jerk chicken was dry and they gave me all legs, who does that ?. Mac was average.Will not visit again. Only good thing about this place was the person at the counter was sweet.
Friendly staff, good food, I'd have willingly paid 2x more for what I got.
Food was great! I really loved the Jerk Chicken and oxtails!! I live in Tennessee, but come to Killeen to see my step daughter and her husband. So everytime i come back to Killeen, Royal Caribbean will be the first to check out!!
