I've missed this place. The food was so good. And the restaurant was mostly clean. The drain area of the soda machine looked either stained or extremely dirty but since it was just the drain it didn't bother me too much, it just looked unprofessional. Restaurants should be damn near spotless. Though it's impossible with how many people track through them. The food was so good, I didn't care about too much else.

The restaurant is clean.To be honest, idk why people are complaining about not being waited on or having to get the food yourself. Take it this way...limitless salsa bar and drinks. Bonus is no gratuity, tips, etc.
Is not a full service restaurant. Food quality is very bad; appear more like frozen, thawed, and warmed. I've been to real Mexican restaurants and this is a cultural cuisine I'm fond of. The food was in a warmer container and put on plates by servers behind the counter. I do not eat out much, so maybe my expectations were too high.. this was disappointing ?

Overpriced and underwhelming slice of cake. Tasted burnt, no frosting and half the size of other slices I’ve received at Rosa’s cafes across the country. Dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least. And the beans where super salty.
Very friendly service, The order was correct and made fast. I like the salsa bar where you can get whichever salsa (No heat/medium heat / mild heat / hot) or hot sauce that you would like yourself in these little cups. They also have onions, jalapenos. You can also watch them make other tortillas themselves in this window while you wait for your order. They also have about 10 different types of beer available. And you can dine in, take out, call ahead, or eat outside.

I have no complaints I just wish it was more leftover! The drive thru line is always busy it seems so I prefer going inside. I had a craving and this place curved my craving and allowed me to enjoy my food. It was too much chips but I ate everything in between haha
Rosa's has continually offered great tasting food, a nice variety of menu options, a welcoming atmosphere, and a decor reminiscent of Taos, New Mexico. A family-friendly dining experience that has yet to disappoint. The combination plates are plentiful, the specialty menu items are well rendered, and the family size dish options are worth every penny. One of their signature family size options is the fajitas, as it offers several protein options and an abundance of food for the whole family. The tortillas are prepared in-house and fresh batches can be acquired for later. A truly one-of-a-kind dining experience that offers something memorable for the whole family. Rated at a 4 currently, as I do hope one day they launch some new menu items to further bolster the overall dining experience potential.
