My daughter wanted to come here for her 11th birthday in April and we have been back several times. Every time I have come in the staff have been so nice. One young man in particular named Gemini is the best. He is such a sweet heart and so welcoming. Today as the mothers were walking in he told all of us Happy Mothers Day. I like to call or leave a positive comment as often as possible because people tend to only call when it’s something negative. If Managment reads these reviews you have done a great job hiring the staff. Once again Gemini is awesome.
Unfortunately I have to change my review. Ice cream was great. However we had to wait forever because I guess one worker didn't feel like working. Break or not whatever, you literally looked at us several times and continued to be on your phone. Not very happy with the customer service. The guy was great that helped. Just wish I could have enjoyed my Ice cream with my kids instead of having to wait so long for the rest of our order.
I visited this ice cream parlor while in town. The young man behind the counter handled the long line with ease. Some of the customers were not the best, but he still ensured they got what they wanted. The service was great, the parlor was clean, and the shake, float, and ice cream that I ordered was good. I will visit this place again.
The customer service was spectacular. Not just toward my wife and I, but with all of the customers in the store. The employees were welcoming and enthusiastic about their work. They have tons of options and they're willing to make you any special accommodations.

This place is absolutely amazing! The employee was so energetic and welcoming, even though she was alone and came in with 14 people that all ordered something. Super clean environment and the employee was very knowledgeable, would come back here any time, unfortunately we just don’t live locally but it is amazing. 10/10 recommend.
A slightly hidden GEM! The ice cream took me back to my childhood! I had just taken my children to the lovely Lions Club park for a long walk with our doggies and felt like having a treat. First of all, the place is adorable! The young man behind the counter was extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. The ice cream was out-of-this-world! The prices are very reasonable! I already want to go back for more of flavor I tried...banana cream pudding! It sounded so strange but took me back to my childhood. I want to go back and buy the whole tub, LOL! That dessert was a regular at my grandma's and any family gatherings! I had it in a chocolate dipped waffle cone and I was in heaven! My son had rocky road and exclaimed "Mom, there's REAL marshmallows in this!" And the girls loved the mint chocolate chip and the young man's favorite, cookies and cream. We hadn't been to an ice cream parlor in so long. This is the real deal! Support your local small business and go treat yourself! We'll be back again and again!
Awesome customer service. You can try the unique flavors. They have some pretty cool flavors. Great family atmosphere for couples with smaller children or grandparents looking to treat treat their favorite grand. Def will visit again.
