Alfanso was our server and he was GREAT!!! I went there with a family of eight and they were accommodating to serving us as quickly as possible. The floors are sticky which I hope they can fix soon, but aside from that everything was really clean. The food came out really hot and fresh and whenever we needed a correction to something or an addition, Alfonso was great in providing it and offering alternatives to help us save money. This is why I love red robins. They have great service even when the staff is low. Give Alfonso a raise!!!
We were offered seating next to the kitchen. We declined and were seated in the main dining room. The waiter forgot lemon and food came but we had no flatware to eat with. We asked the hostess to get the manager and ask him to bring flatware. We waited 5 minutes for flatware. Manager said area by the kitchen so that the bartender had an opportunity to earn tips. My grandson got a free Sundae because we were celebrating his Birthday. Overall score of 6 out of 10.
Food was fine. Except some room temperature fries.My order was messed up even after carefully explaining what I wanted. Which was a hamburger with only ketchup.The server was not overly friendly but perhaps she was having a bad day. She also wasn't incredibly attentive but she also seemed to be running the bar.It was dinner time and there was no rush. It was not busy at all. Maybe 3 or 4 tables sat.Our sandals about came off on the carpet it was so sticky. It's really gross.We were going to do desserts but it was so slow we decided it was best to go elsewhere for desserts.I really hope they improve. We like Red Robin.This isn't the first bad experience at this location; this is the third.
Absolutely loved the service tonight. Tyson was ever so attentive and went above and beyond for a 4 year old (which he didn't have to). The manager was definitely in tuned with his staff and his customers as well. The staff we came in contact with tonight was amazing. The service we received tonight was by far the best we have ever had at Red Robin. Thank you for making our family anniversary dinner fantastic.
The Pig Out burger was amazing! Heaven in every bite.
Before I get into this review. Shout Out To Marcus! <3 <3<3 Who needs a raise. He made sure that me and my family were not only taken care of with our order while we sat in the patio for awhile, but he made sure to handled our drinks, orders with care, especially my son who is allergic to meat and thought he could only eat fries with no other side. Marcus suggested a cheese fondue that he may like since the regular had bacon in it. When Marcus brought it out one of them was cold and he instantly snatched it up and brought a hot one back. Marcus listened to each of our our orders, I can't praise him enough, more service people should be like him.Red Robin's prices and food match, atmosphere is comfy with the ability to eat inside or outside on the patio. This was my second time here and wanted my family to have the experience. They have tablets on the table, that I guess you're suppose to order from? I'm not sure, I know ours didn't work and I was about to go through the app when Marcus came by. It was actually entertaining to see everyone afterwards try to wait on our table, but it was really to late.
Not as good as usual. this time I'm disappointed. It's usually excellent.The onion rings were cold, waiter offered to take it off bill. We got our bill and they were on there. We asked waiter and he said you ate them? I said yes I tools you ww ate them because we were starving. We waited a long time for them, he probably forgot about them then they were cold. He said well the manager will not take them off since you ate them, I said then why did you offer. My husband and daughter didn't want me to talk to the manager.
Severely understaffed. Our waiter was wonderful, polite, and apologetic. But his apologies could not make up for the bottomless drinks and fries not being bottomless. We asked four or five times and just gave up. Wasting our $ when we should have just gotten water. On top of this, it ws an uncomfortable place to eat. They seem to have 3 waiters/waitresses and they are so slammed they cannot bus their tables. And when they do, they add them to other dirty tables. It's gross. The food that took forever was fresh, though the order was wrong. Just overall disappointing.
My experience was not as good as I had hoped it would be. Restaraunt was less than 1/2 filled with Diners. Service from beginning to end of my meal was very slow. The staff came to my table after about 35 minutes and asked me what I had ordered originally because of a mix up in the kitchen. The combo I ordered was the Bacon Fondue Burger. I asked for it to be made as advertised. If there hadn't been bacon on the burger there would really not be any flavor. Fries were Luke warm. Fondue was tastey and when I dipped the burger in the Fondue it gave it better flavor. The meal really wasn't a good deal at $18.81 for a lunch meal. I don't like giving reviews like this however the situation was what it was. In fairness I will try something different next time I am in that area and need to get a meal.
My husband and I had a great lunch today. Everything was nice and hot and fresh. We we approached a few times to see how everything was and if we needed anything.The onion rings are also the best we've had.
