Awesome please to eat, good food and good service.

Excellent foot and magnificent service!

Good Friday, five of my family members agreed to dine at Red Lobster ?. The food was AWESOME! LOVE the appetizers, especially the mussels.The staff, especially the manager were so kind and understanding.The negative part of the visit is staff doing their particular assigned taskDo not a table of6 at a dirty table! My son went and aquire spray and paper towels.I just decided not to even go into details.We are all human! Please do not assign tables to a staff member who is working like crazy. Too much was NOT done right.I'm retired US NAVY, 100% Totally and permanently disabled.I find it frustrating when people do NOT work as a team.The customers suffer.I ordered a whole main stuffed Lobster.Please take care of each other.

Seated promptly, good greetings. Food delivered timely and hot. Forgot two items, reordered. Biscuits flat and greasy, basically bad. Calamari was good, lobster and shrimp dishes good, fried foods not so much. Fried flounder was thin and tough, same with clam strips and scallops, tough and chewy. Likely pre-breaded frozen? Walt’s shrimp s good choice, broiled scallops very small and tough. Service was good with a couple of exceptions. Entrees expensive, but actually competitive in todays world, a value IF food was better.

Coconut shrimp, blackened salmon, loaded baked potato and salad,this is one of the best meal combo, don't sleep on this yummy ? Red lobster is top in our favorite restaurants

Every year we make it for my daughter s bday. Had to send steak back which was not cooked as asked and drink order sent back, wrong drink. Other than those hiccups. Food was great.

Red Lobster was so bad 22 years and 15 years ago, when I visited with my wife. We never came back. This time, this restaurant, the flavor, the portions... They indeed improved. I will return again. Red Lobster is back to my list of restaurants to visit. Servers were very friendly. Thumbs up.

The food was actually really good. I would have given 5 stars if the app was working correctly and the young lady that eventually took my order wasn't SO rude! It sounded like she was making up answers to my questions, instead of actually checking on them. ?I attempted twice to order through the app, but it kept spinning when trying to check out. I then tried through the automated service, but it wasn't getting my husband's substitutions correct. We spent almost $100 and she seemed annoyed to have to take my order. I tried to explain the issues I experienced initially and she didn't even acknowledge that I said anything. No apologies for the inconvenience.. nothing at all! I then asked about substituting a salad and she mentioned they might be out??? Well... can you check to see??? We were hungry, so I continued with our order. Finally at the end, she mentioned that I would need to pay at the restaurant. When I was ordering online and through the automated system, it allowed me to pick curbside and took my car's information. It also listed that you must pay upfront. When I said it to her, she said "it's too late for curbside, it cannot be done in the last hour." It was 8:00pm and they close at 11:00pm. After questioning why it allowed me to select it previously, she finally said "well, I guess you can then?" We picked up our food and prayed over it, as always, hoping her bad attitude did not extend beyond the phone. ? My receipt listed "online" instead of listing a name, even though I spoke with someone. I believe that was done on purpose.We used to eat out a lot and Red Lobster was one of our favorites. Based on this service we may look elsewhere next time. Service DOES make a difference, especially when spending our hard-earned money.
